Verified reviewOrder was placed with taxes and refused to refund tax as advertised on website tax free shopping. They asked to return and buy again same stuff which cost same price now without tax. Not good experience online shopping. The terminal my flight was had minimal choices of perfumes, especially none available which I bought online.

It was a seamless process, I purchased some items the night before my trip, arrived at the counter "pick up" felt a little unsure asking but Naima and Asmarum came to the counter, very professional and picked up my order for me in the back. Steve from the bar offered me some champagne and delicious nibbles in a private cozy set room that I enjoyed very much! I fly regularly to Paris so I am looking forward to the next time I fly out of CDG.

The person responsible for the pick and collect was extremely rude and unwilling to resolve the issue promptly. An argument ensued, which was very unpleasant for me. My purchase only arrived at the pickup minutes before boarding. I don't believe the stress experienced in this situation is worth buying from you.
