The website is cumbersome and difficult to use. Frequently I would have to start over completely in due to not being able to go back and change something when I went to the next page. Also, the lack of an App is ridiculous in 2025. The emails make it nearly impossible to see what services I have added and with no app, there is nowhere to check. Will not book with french bee again. Also, after paying for seats, I decided to upgrade to better seats and it charged me full price for them instead of crediting for the seats I had already paid for.

I did make a reservation on French Bee but made an honest mistake - I contacted your customer service rep 9 minutes after ticket was issued. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with your customer service Rep and nothing was resolved (it was between 10 and 11 AM). I only got a call at 5 PM that day giving me the extra fee to correct the date of departure.

Having an 8.5 Flight and selling a ticket that does not include food is really strange to me. I can understand low fare flights but for domestic and short flights its ok not offer meals or offer them with extra charge, but an international flight that is that long should not even consider a ticket with no meal option. I think in some countries that is illegal. I found that strange.

Was charged 160 usd to check in bag at airport. I travel as professional athlete and always bring my bag under checked bags. Bag is oversize but not overweight. Attending was checking it in no issue as i always have done and i bring it to oversize. Supervisor shows up says i need to pay 160 since it is not either skiing, or scuba gear !!! And it is considered a second bag on my ticket even though it was my only bag. I payed as i know i get everything reimbursed. I have been traveling for years around the world as an athlete and this is the first time this has happened to me. I will never recommend this airline to any of my teammates and friends on the circuit or any of the students thag i coach. Overall very disappointed. Luckily i booked ba and aa for my return.

There was a bit of confusion regarding the additional cost of selecting a seat. There was a conflict on the booking page about whether a 12-kg hand baggage is included. On the same page it had a line saying “not included” and another list with a checkmark indicating yes included.
