    The site works fine. A major improvement would be to be able to see the seat map for the specific chosen flight/date early in the process. If I can’t see the seats I want still open, I should be able to change the date and see seats open for that alternate date. Meals are confusing. Why keep trying to sell me a meal upgrade if it’s not available for my route/direction. Thanks

    We had a voucher which would not be accepted because it could only be used on a single reservation, in Euros. The voucher should be functional in any currency and on a reservation for multiple people. We had to call and when we called, the person told us we couldn't book over the phone, and could only book only, but the email for the voucher specifically said we could call to book a ticket using the voucher.

    Web site is confusing and it took me five times to finally book my ticket. For example, it tells you to pay for your seat selection, you price goes up, then when you go to the next page, it says you can ADD ON free seat selection. Very confusion and I started over several times bc I couldn't understand why I had to pay for my seat to only found out it was free in the end.

    When booking a flight for 4 people, I was not able to select different packaging (basic or smart) Also, when reviewing the information at the final screen, there is no way to go back and make some edit to the passengers information unless you start all over again. And of course, when doing so, the price jumped. I had to start the process all over again from a different computer.

    Good online until when we had to change the date on a ticket à second time. Not possible on site had to call and wait for bumbling and ignorant agents who took for ever to issue new tickets.     I booked my 6th flight on Frenchbee and wasn't told when the flight was delayed and then cancelled. Customer service on January 9 on the phone while I was at the airport didn't give me any options. So I missed out on a hotel voucher because I had to book a hotel since my flight was changed with no notice by message or email to the next day. Very disappointed. I have put in a claim for this. But the claim I put in didn't give my the power to attach my documentation to the claim. I have the documentation for two delayed flights. Waiting endlessly to resolve this and have heard nothing.

    Overall the Frenchbee.com website is fairly easy to understand and straightforward to navigate through its parts. You can easily search for what you’re looking for or use the tabs to get to the correct page, book, modify, cancel a reservation or find useful information on luggage, restricted items, add on items to your reservation and so on.

    Review is just for the booking experience, I haven’t taken my flights yet! Booking was straightforward, easy, and the differences in fare options were clear and easy to understand. Also, the little logo on the calendar page that immediately lets you know which flights are direct was instrumental in ease of booking - that is some A+ thoughtfulness right there! I’ve heard good things about French Bee; so much so, I’m trying them out for the first time instead of other more traditional business class carriers. Guessing it will not be quite as nice as other carriers with a lie-flat seat but also acknowledge that comes with a discounted fare. So far, I say great job, French Bee!

    I wasn’t sure if I should get a smart bee or premium seat. I went with smart bee (thinking I could always upgrade later - just like with any other airline). Turns out that French Bee only lets you upgrade *within 48 hours of the trip, *for a higher price difference (than the actual difference between what you already paid and the premium seat price at the time of upgrade) AND *they charge an extra $190 FEE for the upgrade (as if you’re changing flight or something). Already regret my purchase, but can’t do anything about it.

    As always I am a regular patron on French Bee and appreciate your wonderful customer service. However, I am disappointed that you stopped your non-stop service from Orly International Airport to Los Angelos. The connection is Newark has been long and I had to pay a second pet fee to Alaska Airlines. I not sure why you stopped seeing Los Angeles.

    I did have questions but I found it easy to reach a customer service representative who was very polite and kind and helped by patiently answering my questions. I did have some trouble with the website. I would click on premium to attempt to get the price and to attempt to reserve and sometimes it was responsive and sometimes not. This limited my choice in choosing a flight as I wished to fly premium. Also, the page that explains Service Animals is printed too small and in grey, making it difficult to read. Please change it to black.

    French Bee felt like many other budget airline websites: obscure, unintuitive, and looking to gouge at every corner. From the lack of transparency around actual fare costs, to the constant efforts to promote unwanted and expensive add-on products, it left me wondering the same thing I always do when booking with a budget airline: "why didn't I just go directly to the premium airline? At least then I'd know what I'm being screwed for".

    I didn’t like the fact that you have your pay over 150€ for the luggage and food and there aren’t vegetarian options included unless you pay even more. I feel that the prices and luggage conditions should be more clearly explained and shown from an earlier stage of the booking. Thank you

    I've flown French Bee a number of times, so I am already familiar with the website. I wish the website would make it easier to make a single booking with a greater than 90-day separation between aller/retour. The 90-day bracketing can be helpful, but it is also unnecessarily limiting.

    I wanted to know which days I could fly the evening plane non-stop to Paris from SF and vice versa. There were many days where there was t an evening plane, and each time I basically had to start all over. Why are there no filters to decide non-top or one stop, and time of day for departure. And there was no way to move just the date back and forth once I had chosen the flight I wanted. It is thé worst booking platform I’ve ever seen!

    I have flown French Bee many times, so it is easy for me now. There are a few typos/grammatical errors in the site, though, so please feel free to ask me if you want my input on that. Also, when will there be an app for iPhone? If I were to say something negative, if I travel with my wife, I think it is weird that I would have to pay to sit next to the person with whom I co-book the flight.

    They’ve changed policy - now you have to pay extra to bring a cabin bag on (70 euro) and even if you pay extra for a changeable ticket they now charge 150 euro change fee. All new and terrible policies. They also added their own twist to the 24-hour cancellation law to and from the United States to ensure they don’t have to refund anyone ever. What a terrible company- this will be my last French Bee flight ever.

    My husband and I fly with Frenchbee once a monthwe spend dozen of thousands per year with them. Booked a flight while arriving at desk for departure was told flight was cancelled nobody called me. had to purchase a new ticket with another compamy because i couldn't miss this flight. Transit was missed for my second flight with them. Had to purchase new ticket with other company. No help from them, no communication, now I have to fight to get reimbursed. Plus guess what i discovered that flying economic class with other companies was better than premium with them. this company should be banned

    We fly a lot with French bee, we usually fly with pets. However it’s almost impossible to reach French Bee outside France or the US. Before booking a flight we always need to know how much place is left in the hold for our animals. So, this is very difficult for us. Is there maybe another way we can reach FB?

    I had to chooose between the English or French website. No problem since I speak both languages. However I booked my ticket for 26 November instead of 26 December. When I called customer service to correct I was told it couldn’t be corrected unless I pay a change fee because I paid in euros. I didn’t see that written anywhere but even if it was THAT IS POOR AND DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. I was still in the 24 hour period after I posted chased the ticket. The agent who was trying to help me was rude and told me I was the one who made the mistake. She was so mean and awful and spoke English with a strong Jamaican accent and I could barely understand what she was saying. I paid the extra money BUT I WILL NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN FLY FRENCH BEE! This whole experience has already been DISGUSTING and I have not even left Miami yet. I fly to Europe often on Delta Air France or Lufthansa. Never had any issues with booking or the flight. I was very excited to fly French Bee but to hell with this! 🤬

    When booking this time, the payment failed several times. When I tried paypal, the payment completed, but we did not see the transaction in Paypal until several days later. This created some concern as to whether the payment completed or not. I did receive the emailed flight confirmation.
