Contradictory information regarding carry-on allowance (flight between SFO and PPT): one banner says free 12+4kg whereas the ticket says only 4kg is free. This is a major difference! (in any case which airline would limit carry-on to 4kg???!!!)

The web site in general, are too full of information and data. They should be simpler and immediate. The understanding of couple "price - what I'm buying" is not clear before the payement. I made a mistake in the booking and I tried to cancel within 24 hours. The website does not allow to cancel so I had to call. I was told that I would lose the money for seating reservations and meals. This is bad practice. In comparison, I had to cancel a flight with Norse and I was able to do it on-line and I did not lose any money. FrenchBee is a scam.

I am flying with French bee for the past 3 years, as soon as they launched the flights from Miami to Orly after pandemic. I can only say positive things. I like this airline very much. The prices are affordable. I like to fly into Orly, way easier than CDG.

Using the Frenchbee website was extremely inconvenient! It wouldn't show seat availability on specific flights until I entered all the passenger information. In addition, the payment process was very complicated and antiquated! It gave me a lot of trouble. When my card didn't go through, the website showed an error and didn't explain why. Also, American Express was accepted in the primary payment screen but not on the payment screen that appeared after the first payment failed.

Had an issue with the first time I tried purchasing my tickets which resulted in being stuck (not able to purchase tickets) for days until I decided to try Incognito + new email address which finally fixed the issue. Overall the booking process is pretty straightforward but I wish there was a better chat/customer service when having issues with booking a flight.

With 2M air miles on Delta and 1M on Air Canada + loads of travel on countless airlines, I have discovered “rock bottom” customer service. Add to that, a complete disregard to common courtesy. Congrats French Bee….Negative 5 Stars and if there were more, you guys would corner the market! From the booking on line and accepting payment to the customer representative when checking in and no wheel chair and corporate rhetoric about checkin deadline and unable to do this or that…. “Sorry, you can’t go on this flight….go over there and get the next flight on Thursday (and pay the he fees…. What a colossal three ring circus and no wonder your airline leads the industry in customer dissatisfaction and low ratings. It is not a question of “if” your airline will fail, but only a matter of time. Low moral amongst your rank & file and customer facing reps seems to radiate outward. Ugh!

My credit card got hacked on your website and so was my friends at the same time. We live in different states but we’re on the phone booking our trip together. I called to report the incident, the representative apologized but then tried to sell me breakfast for my trip. I would think the least an airline can do is offer free breakfast to a customer who had the inconvenience of their credit card getting hacked while using the company website that is supposed to be secure. I had to cancel my card , wait several days on a new card then update all my bills with the new card, major inconvenience!!!

I was unable to book the trip when I was on the website from my work computer. The interface would not let me increase the passenger number to 2. Every time I tried to increase the passenger number to 2, I got an error message that said something like, there must be at least one passenger. I got a completely different interface using my home computer and was able to increase the number to 2.

Booking a family vacation with three (3) adults and two (2) children. Everything was going well until we went to the seat selection. First there is an up charge just to get normal seating at $25 per seat. Where are the seats that are included in the flight price originally shown? We upgraded for luggage and a meal per person, where there no seats included? Then trying to pick out confirmed seating, the sight froze up. Upon re-entering, we now had to pick different seating as it blocked out the original seatin chosen!

I like that you have the basic price assigned to the dates on the calendar. It makes it easy to select dates to fly when your flexible with them. But the basic price is a bit decisive - who can fly oversees with a purse, without even a carry-on? Then the price jumps up significantly.
