    Frustrated by inability to back to previous page to change a selection. No back button on page, using browser back button returned an error forcing the booking to be started over. Also, inability to take a carry on with basic fare means you have to upgrade and fares are then usually not competitive. Normally we fly Level to BCN instead as their basic fare includes a carry on and is usually better value.

    I like that the prices were quite fixed and did not change everyday or worse: based on my search! I regretted the lack of flexibility though: since there is no direct flight Paris -> Los Angele son my return I have tried to book 2 separate flights Paris -> New York New York -> Los Angeles using the multi-destinations tab but it would not let me book the 2nd flight. I managed to get a 24h stopover though. The baggage policy is a bit confusing too, especially since I will use 2 different compagnies on the return flight: would be nice if compagnies could align their policy!

    In general easy to navigate. The lack of an app or account makes follow-up tasks cumbersome. I also ran into a challenge with the Safari browser during seat selection. The summary pane on the right covered up the right side of the seat selection window, making it impossible to pick seats on the right side of the plane.

    To my opinion I think the website is well designed, the reason I give 4 stars is that when is time to choose the price there is not much explanation in the benefit of choosing Premium. The price is double and it seems that the only advantage is your ticket is refundable and you get a second luggage. It doesn’t talk about the quality of seat, legs room etc.

    The website was hard to navigate. I wanted information on baggage policy and I found that hard to find. I need extra baggage weight and it said I have to make some extra contact to do that. I probably won’t fly tho airline because the website is poorly designed. Furthermore, I received an email in French and I don’t even speak French. There wasn’t translation offered in my email

    There was no AC in the plane the entire flight. Very hot. The food was not good, not worth the extra money for a ticket. Will not be flying this airline again. Would rather spend a little more on American Airlines for better seats/room/food/cold air.

    I have been charged 2 times for the same ticket and still have not received my refund. I was charged $4700 twice. This is unacceptable and sad. I’m afraid I will have to fight to get my refund. Terrible, just terrible.

    It was just ok. It took the rep a while to find my old voucher that hasn't expired after telling me it has expired & I showed them we were still within 1 year of it being valid. Then the link I was emailed has already expired, because they emailed me at like 2am, bc I'm on pst not Europeans time.

    Almost Qatar quality for Ryanair prices! No joke, I’ve flown with both before. Frenchbee got us out of Los Angeles with a last minute booking we did, because all Delta flights were cancelled leaving us stranded in the US. I’m 85kg and 181 cm tall, with 777-300 plane I flew 10 hours from Los Angeles to Paris in comfort, in economy! Decent food, enough legroom and good service. Appreciated the experience all along.

    two main issues: the first is when navigating seat selection, i could not see the seats on the right side of the plane. the chart wasn't displaying properly so I couldn't select on that side. Second is the advertised prices are literally half of what you end up paying - I already understood there would be additional charges for where you sat, how much baggage you have, if you wanted to change your flight or make it refundable, etc. Its the taxes and fees that were not disclosed until you were on the last page before purchasing that make up the difference, and it felt like I was mislead on what I could expect to budget for a flight when considering this airline.

    Flight options are clear, but it is very frustrating to not be able to book an upgrade. I always upgrade and have to wait until check-in at the airport. The online option always says 'no room available', then I get to the airport and there is a lot of room, onboard the plane it is sometimes almost completely empty in upgraded seats. I would be much happier and relaxed and you would book much more revenue if the upgrade options were available and accurate.

    I arrived at the suitcase check in counter 87 minutes before the flight (due to a delyed baggage collection from my previous flight. I ran as fast as I could). There were still employees present but they didnt want to help me. I was very sad, and in addition to them not being interested in helping, they were being personally mean and disrespectful.

    I was explained that it's impossible to use a voucher using the online reservation system, even if you enter the proper voucher number, and must be done by a live person on the phone. Nowhere does it say it on the site, it just keeps telling you you are doing it wrong. What I am the most upset about is that if you change flight, and you had already paid for a seat assignment, you have to pay the seat assignment again on the new flight, even though you free up a seat on the previous flight. It is highly unfair.

    No way to return to the previous step (user info, or seat selection). I had to restart the process 3 times. In this process the price kept changing and I got my tickets for 400 more than initially registered with. I'm only booking you because that's the direct flight to LA from Orly. I'm really not a fan of your airline.
