    I highly recommend FrenchBee to anyone planning to travel. The airline offers excellent service, and the online reservation system is easy to use, providing quick feedback. However, I would like to make a couple of suggestions. When someone purchases a ticket on your website and the price drops shortly after, it would be considerate to offer a refund for the price difference. Additionally, implementing student discounts would greatly help students travel more affordably. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

    Booking was easy. Good service in Premium for check-in and baggage handling. The onboarding process was a little chaotic at first. Suggest organizing the lines per boarding class a little better. Onboard service was very good and the flight attendants were attentive and courteous.

    Rate calendar was easy to read, not being able to filter by nonstop flights made things more difficult. Rates and what each rate included were easy to understand. Seat map was not loading correctly for the return flight and showed overlapping seats. Return flight had lie flat seats but that seat description wasn’t listed anywhere else on the website.

    We like the airline but It was quite lengthy and frustrating to use the French Bee website as when we booked our tickets and paid with a valid CC, we kept having a message that our card could not go through. We called our bank and they said there was no issues with our card After trying several times, the message kept popping up. So we decided to use a different credit card and again, a message came up in red saying our payment cold not go through. So we gave up and suddenly we got an email alert with our 2 confirmed tickets . So you need to improve your website for the payment. We used Firefox but regardless all browsers should work when it comes to business merchants.

    good: quick. bad: no button to go back before payment, impossible to change services or change of seat. unclear instructions regarding dimensions when adding sports equipment. on the booking page, it said skis cannot exceed 165 cm. doesnt make sense. not allocating joined seats when buying a ticket for two people and forcing to add 10% and buy seats is not classy at all. greedy, stingy, upsetting.

    bug. parfois les prix ne sont pas les meme une fois dans la fenêtre d'achat, ce qui oblige à revisiter les choix. Le problème n'est pas la pertinence du choix de vol ou de type de place, C'est que frenchbee a gonflé ses prix de 50 à 70% depuis le changement de direction il y a 2 ans.     The charge name on my charge card was different than frenchbee and there was no way to verify this name is the same or ok SKYLR? Also check-in is close to flight day and cannot preload documents. Also I booked a flight and had a medical emergency and I’m not able to change date and time even for a fee? Thank you for asking.

    Room for improvement. There is no easy way to go back a page, you have to restart your whole reservation. I don't lie that $70 is the only baggage price. Because it is a red eye flight, I don't want my sleep to be interrupted for a meal. There should be a way to have no meal.

    The site doesn't remember which currency you select, so every time that you do a search you have to reset the currency. Once you are looking at fares, there is not a way to modify the airports selected, so you have to start completely from scratch. Between these two issues, and the website not being terribly responsive, it takes a long time to search for fares across airports.

    I feel mislead and ripped off! I was presented with a package that was "supposedly" cheaper or a deal so I chose to upgrade my ticket which included a meal, bags, etc. Although when it came time to select my meal, I chose the gluten free option because I have Celiac disease and I have no other choice. So upon completing my selections, I was charged another $35 for a meal that I already paid for in the bundled deal! So in total, I'm paying over $70 for ONE gluten free airplane meal? Are you kidding? If I had known that the bundled meal did not include GF options, I would not have bundled my ticket and I would have just paid for my bag and meal separately. But by that point in my reservation, I didn't have the option so I just had to proceed. Having Celiac disease can be considered a disability and you are taking advantage of this. I understand that gluten free food may cost a little bit more but $70+?? Should I expect a 5 star meal served by a waiter???? Absurd!!! I'm so angry about this.

    Very poorly designed website. I had to make a change to my baggage purchase, which required me to cancel the entire reservation! And, had to wait 6 weeks for a refund. Food offerings are also not clear. Prices on food are rediculous!

    This is a horrible airline. They are budget but they cut corners everywhere. The worst is customer service, which is useless. They took my money to upgrade seats then, without prior notice, downgraded me, my 2 companions, and a bunch of other people at the gate. Even worse, they did not refund the money. I've been having to dispute this for the past 5 days. Don't fly with them.

    It would have been more efficient for me if I could see the different fare classes before searching. Also it would be better if the low-fare search includes the fare class as filter so that I can select the date based on the lowest fare of my preferred class, not the basic class. Also I wouldn’t recommend FrenchBee because its seat width is more narrow than other long-haul airlines.

    My experience with the website navigation was wonderful. It's user friendly, easy to understand and navigate. The options were clear and to the point. Not too many pages to hop around. The prices were clear. No add on fees for this and that. Easy to checkout and make a payment. They even follow up email with possible required documents to carry for entry into France. Awesome, my first time, might use again if flight is wonderful. That will be another review.

    Overall, an excellent experience--just one issue caused me to deduct a star. When I got to the credit card part, it kept telling me my credit card info was incorrect. I entered it several times, even tried a different card, same result. Finally, I figured out it may be the PHONE #, NOT the credit card. You must type your country code, NO PLUS at beginning. WHY could the site not tell me this?? I imagine many bookings have been lost to this. Apart from this, however, the site is easy to navigate and find good fares.

    I tried to change dates on a flight to Paris due to an emergency. My father was dying of cancer and I needed to be with him before passing away. The person I talked to on the phone refused to accommodate my request. This is bad manners. I had to book another flight and pay full price! Again, this was a VERY SPECIAL circumstance and you denied my request! Not good.

    Finding a suitable flight was the best part. The booking process started off okay, but then too many options started popping up to add things even though i selected premium seats, which was very confusing. The payment close out wasn’t working and I had to go through the booking process 3 more times until it finally went through. Then I got several emails telling me to complete my booking or I will lose it, even though the payment went through and I had our booking number.

    I got this message when I did my booking Something went wrong. We are sorry for the inconvenience, we encountered an error processing your request. *  Your confirmation request could not be processed because the system is already processing a request from you. If you were trying to confirm a booking, please review your trip list to check whether your trip has been confirmed (3002) Then when I tried the next day the price was $350 more. I called their agent and nothing was related to my Credit card but nevertheless they never gave me the price I found the day before BTW, the day before I tried with 2 different credit cards and Paypal, none of them went thru. It was a Sunday so no agent on call.
