    I have booked with FrenchBee so many times that I am well-acquainted. I am surprised that I cannot create an account that would store all of my info, and I am surprised that there is no mobile appli, but that's not too critical. It's just a bother to re-enter all of my data rather than have a profile. And lastly, the most aggravating aspect of the ticketing process is the seat selection -- that I feel "nickeled-and-dimed" (with the petty up-charge to sit with my co-traveler wife or whatever). I'd rather the seat selection be built into the price, rather than find out in the process that it's going to cost me $40 more to sit with my wife.

    I had to change my booking date .after going online to do that with no fees. The website didn’t let me. I had to call customer service and they charge me fees because your website didn’t work. I don’t know how to get the fees back. This is not fair.

    Ease of use. Pleasant interface and navigation. Some clarification though regarding the meal: one meal is included with the Smart fare but the system later also offers gourmet options. Having the smart meal included does not motivate me to order another (more) sophisticated meal…. Unless i know how cheap my smart meal is…which i dont know as there is no info about it.

    Some core programming issues. When adding an infant it allows you to select seats for free which it also shows that all other passengers in the booking can also book for free but it adds a fee after all selections. It just makes it hard to book when there is a programming issue. Same with the infant baggage. There is no fine print or anything that states the infant’s bag is only free with certain fares.

    When 1st I chose your rates from Basic to Smart, it is very well described and explained the differences. But then in the 2nd step of the reservation when choosing meal, seat, bag, it was a bit confusing, and I had to go back to re-read the description of what was including in the Smart rate.

    Overall interface was good and easy but twice in a row our booking request went to bad request or error and couldnt know whether booking was done. As there was no user log in we couldnt start from previous attempts but had to start all over again. By doing this, in about 1-2 hours of trying, price went up about 300 euros for our family. Ui wise it wasnt clear whether we could purchase flight cabin luggage separately. Only saw purchaee option for check in luggage. Id be good to precise that only purchase option available is check in luggage

    The terms and conditions were not clear for seats with full flat bed. They completely disagree in some places on the Website, where it says we just need to make sure to rebook a flight on the same class to receive the premium refund benefits.     Frenchbee is a good airline but its website is not that good. When you are booking there is no option filters. So if you want only a direct flight when you are picking a date, you will know once the dates are validated and if it is not a direct flight you will have to start all over from the menu on the website until you get a date when a direct flight. It is annoying. Also or would be nice to have an intermediate option between basic and smart, like the possibility of having smart but with just a cabin bag and accessory bag and with no check bag for cheaper than smart with the 3 bags.

    The UI is hard to use. If I changed something the UI would reset on the first page. I also accidentally booked on the French site instead of the US one and as a result the 24 hour cancellation policy would not be honored. I tried contacting support well within the 24 hour period to cancel so I could book a more expensive fare, but they said it was not possible to cancel since I didn't book on the US website (which I didn't even know was a thing).

    Honnestly only the price is the reason I still travel on French bee. The seats are tiny so the filght is always very uncomfortable. If have to be size 12 max to be able to sit. Food is not good better. Flight attendants are kind. Website : on a search you cant change the dates without re-entering all the information again.
