  This was my first experience with a RV through RVezy. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The renter was just so nice and professional. The RV was in a great condition throughout the trip, covering almost 400 kms during the trip.

  RVezy is a convenient site for booking your next RV adventure. If you need help, a response is prompt and handled professionally. If I might suggest an improvement, many times I completed the next step in booking only to receive a reminder to complete the exact same thing, so there's a lag which can be improved or outright eliminated, I think. Besides that, no issues at all.

  Amy was great, communication was excellent. She explained everything on how to work any controls of motorhome. She made her self available to any questions we had. Motorhome was clean inside and she keeps it tidy with all small appliances needed. We were very happy with this rental.

  While we realize RVezy is just the agency in the RV rental process we need to make a few comments about our RV rental experience. While the motor home itself was usable, the loss of basic power for most of our trip was a significant inconvenience that dampened our entire vacation. The trouble began on the second afternoon. After plugging in shore power and connected the water when we arrived, everything worked great. The next morning we set out on a daylong adventure. When we returned later in the afternoon to the RV hot and tired we discovered there was no AC. We then found there was no power to any of the 110V outlets, which meant no microwave, and no television. We immediately contacted the owners, who were very responsive and offered help. We followed all of their troubleshooting steps, including resetting breakers and switching out the shore power cable. Unfortunately, none of these options provided a fix. Oddly swapping out the shore power cable did return power for about 10 minutes before failing again and leaving us without electricity for the remainder of our trip. The RV owners insisted the problem must be with the campsite power supply. The campground maintenance staff came by and tested the power at both the 30amp and 50amp outlets and they were found to be within normal levels. Despite the owners' attempts to assist, the issue was never resolved, and we had to make do without the motor home's basic functionality. While we appreciate the owners' communication, the fact that the unit was not in proper working order for the majority of our rental period was a major disappointment leaving both the us and the owners frustrated. Overall, the rental was a huge letdown due to the electrical malfunction. While the motor home provided a place to sleep, the lack of functioning AC, microwave, and outlets made for an inconvenient and frustrating experience. We sincerely hope the owners resolve this issue for future renters. In the end we were only offered a $100 refund which was less than 5% of what we paid in total.

  I really felt the rental process was easy to follow, and working with the Travel trailer owner was very easy as well. The unit I rented was OUTSTANDING!, and clean. The owner was more than helpful in setting up the trailer for our use, clearly outlining the process for setting up the features of the trailer so our setup time and take down time was quick and easy.

  The owner of the RV was fantastic. She answered all my questions and provided me with lots of extra information during my trip. I frankly saw very little value add from Rvezy during the process and since the rental is over I get twice daily spam emails from the company insisting I rent the very RV I paid $9,000 for nearly a month rental.

  Diana & Mike is very active & supportive during pick up, drop off. Mike also helps us to discharge the gray & black tanks. The RV is good; however, it should be clean better before handing over to the new guest. In general, there is no big issue with this RV.

  Was easy to book and communicate. Rv was set up and ready when we arrived. Everything easy to use and was shown everything before owners left. Loved the convenience of having trailer delivered and even ollowing our dogs to join us. This is much cheaper and more convenient than any hotel. Loved having a fully equipped home away from home..   As a first time customer to RVezy, I found the site easy to navigate, and appreciated how it put me in touch with RV owners in my area that I could then message and query about details. The whole platform, photos, map location and the reviews, give a customer confidence about entering into a financial arrangement/rental that is trustworthy. My only complaint is the RVezy fee on top of everything, which I understand is warranted but I do feel is excessive. We did enjoy our little RV holiday which might not have occurred without RVezy. So I'm appreciative overall.

  This was my first time using an RV, tenting was our normal for decades. The Cloud was the perfect size for us, and since it rained for several days of our trip, way better than the tent. The RVesy app was fantastic from beginning to end, the site and host left no surprises. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to rent an RV, I will absolutely do it again.

  There was a lot of back and forth about delivery date and time. Once the delivery date was confirmed, we were provided with an even later time. We weren't shown where the tarps were, and there was a significant rain storm one evening. When the host responded to my inquiry about the tarps, it was too late as it was dark out and had started to rain.

  Like Turo for cars/trucks, this is a great owner-share-vehicle site. It's easy to access and find the RF you want. However, I do find the pricing initially, may have a % discount (time of year or length of rental) but between myself and the RV owner, could not get the discount. It seems the website is a bit misleading in this respect - it appears that it gets buyers attention, but the buyer never gets the discount. Other than that, the FAQ and details work quite we'll.

  There's room for refinement in the application however the service did provide me with the necessary information to contact and use an owner's trailer. The filters can better use the parameters of the trailer so I can only view the usable ones as set in my filters

  My wife and I enjoyed the experience with the RVez site. I was concerned about the one page of liability sheet. I think you have good intentions; to remind the renter of their obligations. However I have experience with car rentals and this approach was never used. I would suggest that this page changes the standard agreement in ways that shifts normal contract responsibilities from the renter to rentee.
