Our trip was canceled last minute after months of planning. It was double the cost and a nightmare to find only 1 similar replacement. I would pay the extra money to go to a rental company instead. Save yourself the stress.

I feel like I got robbed. I followed the rules and did as asked and was charged for things I didn't even have! I then asked this company and the host to review this and refund the incorrect charges and didn't even get a courtesy response from either. I would NOT recommend, and will never use this site again.

Nikki was good at responding to inquiries and her trailer worked well for us on our trip from Ottawa around the Gaspe Peninsula. Our only issue was the 2 days we went off grid with no electrical hook up and the various equipment would not switch over to propane as promised. As long as you book electrical sites its a great rental.

Excessive fees over-and-above the nightly rental rate. Our $450 trailer rental was over $1100 after all extras and fees. Way too many steps for the renter, especially considering the trailer was dropped off / picked up. The steps are thorough, but excessive to rent a trailer for three nights.

I rented this RV for my parents for a camping trip. I was not able to be there when the trailer was dropped off. My parents reported to me that the trailer had no lights. The propane was leaking when it was hooked up and they had to re-hook it properly. The floor, sink, shower, and fridge were dirty. My family observation was the owner looked like they were in a big rush and did not clean the trailer between uses. I did let the owner know of the deficiencies when I got the information, but there was no resolution. My family will never rent any privately owned trailer again because of this bad experience. I gave one star because the owner was responsive when messaged.

The whole experience felt pretty seamless. I was able to easily scroll through all the RV’s available to rent and once I made my choice, I had a great experience with the owner of the RV. We could have maintained communication within the RVezy app, but we exchanged phone numbers and spoke and texted which made the experience that much more comfortable. I would definitely use RVezy again.

Dorian didn’t just rent us a van, he gave us a full survival guide to the Rockies. From the best hikes to paddle board spots, the man’s basically Google Maps with personality. The van itself has EVERYTHING: bed, kitchen, gear… I’m still wondering why my own apartment isn’t this well-equipped. 5 stars, would move in permanently if I could.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. There was a bit of confusion on our part with sending our driver licenses but it was eventually achieved. The booking process and ability to communicate is really good. The only frustration was trying to do anything on the website. Constant prompts to download the app to my phone instead of just letting me use the website.

Easy to book. Owners were friendly and helpful. Received the trailer with full septic tank. Owner was to refund us $75 for having to empty it for past customer. never saw the refund.

Our experience was a terrible one. The rv was dirty and had mold in the fridge.There is no way that this company can ensure that rv's are clean at pick up.We will not be using this company again. Horrible experience.

I’m not one to provide reviews however our experience with Martin and Randy was fabulous. Our bed was made, door mat ready and plunge coffee or kuerig for our morning breakfast. Multiple folding chairs, fire pit and so many other items that made our stay stress free. And when it was time to leave, they arriv d on time and whisked our humble abode away.
