While the host was friendly, nothing about this RV rental was as advertised. The unit was delivered almost 3 hours late (almost 6pm) and was still dirty from the night before, including sand on the floor. We went on a small test drive and it seemed to wander around on the road. My wife and I both felt unsafe. There was damage that wasn't reported: air conditioner cover broken, driver's side mirror was broken and duct taped together, dining room table broken from the night before, one of the window screens was damaged, seats dirty and mattress stained with a hole. While we were excited about our trip but never went anywhere. We paid almost $1,800 for three nights and are awaiting word from RVezy about a refund.

Your staff is friendly but I received only 1/2 my money back and $250 was an rvezy credit which I'm disappointed about. The reason they gave was we never should have allowed the RV to be dropped off. It was dropped off late and we'd never rented an RV before. We notified our host the next day that we weren't going to be using it due to all the reasons I'd explained. Not the greatest experience, however, thanks for reaching out to me. George

I’m giving a 3 because the site is very easy to use. However, I thinks it’s ridiculous the fees that are added on. My rental of $457 ended up costing us $877 by the time RVezy added all their fees. And I understand that the person who is renting out their RV gets charged fees as well. I know you have to make a profit but this amount they charge each party is crazy.

First, I want to say the posts who rented me the RV are awesome. They were great and easy to deal with however RV easys fees and extra are outrageous I have my own insurance and my own RV Insurance through BCAA yet they charge you over $400 to have their insurance. On top of that which is mandatory then they automatically charge cleaning fees when I cleaned it myself and you can't have that taken off. My hosts actually credited me back for the cleaning because they said RV easy makes it mandatory And that fee should be decided on at the end when it's returned. Not automatically charged until after the inspection then they charge all these processing fees to the renter and to the owner, I paid over $1,000 just in fees on top of the rental. I will not be using them again or recommending RV easy. I will rent privately from now on.

Unit was clean and the hosts were friendly and flexible and able to accommodate our campground check-in and out policy. It is an older unit and not fully functioning - the sink was not useable and couldn’t be hooked up to the water source on our full hook up site and the fridge was not cold enough to store meat and dairy despite working to its full capacity (as communicated by the owners) so we used coolers and ice instead. Perhaps consider asking the owners in writing if every appliance works before renting it as the onus is on you the customer to do so even if they are shown in the photos of their listing. No refund was considered by the owners as sink, water or kitchen was not mentioned on the list of amenities for the unit despite being in the photos of the listing. So if you need a big tent with lights and two working camp stoves and $600 for 4 nights sounds like a fair deal I believe this unit will suit your needs very well. If not, I can tell you that my cousin who I was camping with rented a full trailer with working appliances and a bathroom with a shower for about $100 more for the same time 4 night period from Easygo RV with no issues. I’d start there.

Everything was very good and the platform was easy to use. My major qualm is that I would have liked to pay off my upcoming rental in more frequent increments and RVezy had no way to facilitate this. For example, instead of waiting three months for a $2100 credit card charge, I would have preferred to pay it down over that three months when I got paid. If it’s all paid by the same due date, I can’t figure out why this would be an issue. Maybe implementing a few different payment plan options would solve this issue (I would have chosen monthly instead of one small payment, one huge payment, and then one deposit - all on days I couldn’t choose). As of writing this review, it’s been 7 days since returning the RV, but I don’t see a return or pending return on my card for the $1000 deposit. There has been no communication about when I should expect this back or if there are issues I should be made aware of. I would expect for future renters that this will not be a quick process to have it returned.

La réservation a bien été sauf pour un 50$ qui m'a été chargé en surplus pour que le propriétaire fasse le plein d'essence. Ce n'était pas dans le contrat. Le motorisé avait un bris de chauffe-eau et nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le propane, ni prendre de douche et utiliser l'eau chaude. De plus, le micro-onde ne fonctionnait pas bien et s'éteignait aux 4 minutes. Ce qui était problématique pour cuisiner vue qu'on ne pouvait utiliser la cuisinière au propane.

Horrible.....the trailer we rented was in horrible state of disrepair and dirty. It was supposed to be a fully stocked kitchen, we were left with some odd ball utensils and a couple of old dirty frying pans. 1/2 of roll of toilet paper and a 1/4 roll of paper towel was left. and then the owner complained we were burning all his propane by leaving the hot water heater on! The back of the trailer was taped on the outside and the inside walls of the trailer were coming apart and had rotted out! The carpet and upholstery were full of stains and we found mouse poop in the frying pan left in the oven. and I took 28 photos of the trailer inside and out and when i contacted RVezy they offered me a $50 refund. I spend almost $250 per night to rent this trailer and its a good thing it did not rain that weekend because I'm sure we would not have stayed dry. I asked for a partial refund because we did uses the trailer for the weekend even though it was disgusting and and after many phone calls to RV ezy they finally gave me a $150 refund and a $50 credit on my account, which i will never use. The only reason we stayed is because we were in an area we have never been there and had no other options for accommodations. The entire experience was horrible and absolutely no accountability by the owner or RV ezy

We had a great experience for our 1st rental. Yann and Julie were easy to reach and very accomodating. They let us rent « all furnished » with bed sheets/kitchen needs and towels which helped a lot considering we flew over and were not able to bring any of those items needed. We had one issue with the RV but we sorted it out and Yann/Julie where supportive and replied quickly. We would recommend their RV!

The process for first time customers was pretty intense. I understand being thorough but it seemed you just fill out one form after another, or one verification then another photo.etc I have been assured once you're a member it is easier to book. Overall it was good, however I received a few messages that were computer generated and not from the RV owner which was confusing. I had to call in to RVESY to confirm whether or not the unit I requested was truly booked.

Discrepencies between terms &conditions issued by RV and the owner. Propane tank was empty and the heating system doesn't work with AC on camping site. Also: I received 2,5 hours of video on handling and functionning the MORNING of the rent. NOBODY has free time when leaving for 4 days of camping . Too many things to plan had to drive 2 hrs to get to the pick-up site.

We had a Great experience RVezy. We put in our dates and had a wide range of sizes of the trailers, descriptions, and prices to choose from. Once we selected the trailer we wanted we were put in touch with the owner of the trailer. The owner was Great and showed us how everything operated and the trailer was spotless and ready for us to hook up and go. The trailer had alot of anemeties we didn't even use, but could have. The RVezy app on your phone makes the entire process so easy and stress free.

Overall I think that RVezy is a great way to find and rent a camper. The customer service people are very helpful and respond quickly. I liked how contact with the host was facilitated by the using the website - it felt like there was accountability on both ends. One thing that could be improved is the up front transparency of costs. The daily rental figure goes up by at least a third when you add in the additional non optional insurance, taxes and fees. However, now that I have experienced how fun it is to rent a camper for a holiday I will definitely be using RVezy again.

Absolutely horrible experience booking with RVEZY. The host’s RV we rented from had MANY hidden issues that were only made aware to us when we were at our campsite. RVEZY has offered us a LAUGHABLE amount of money back after our entire vacation was impacted. If at all possible I would avoid this company!

Great Experience for a First-Time User We had a great experience using RVezy for the first time. We planned a 10-day road trip, with five days spent on Vancouver Island for a gathering at a relative's house. Wanting the comfort of our own car for the long drive, we loved the flexibility of renting an RV just for the island portion. It also helped us avoid the higher cost of taking an RV on the ferry. We found RVezy during our online search for companies that manage rentals of privately owned RVs. The website was very user-friendly. We especially liked being able to input our dates and see available units on a map—it made it easy to visualize our options. Communication throughout the process was quick and efficient. We booked our RV about six weeks in advance. Unfortunately, two weeks before our trip, we were notified by both the RV owner and RVezy that the unit we had reserved had been damaged by a previous renter and was no longer available. That same day, RVezy offered us a full refund or a credit, and also provided four alternative RV options available in the same area and for the same dates. Thankfully, one of those worked out perfectly for us. We were very satisfied with how quickly the situation was resolved. That said, we later learned from the original owner that the damage had occurred several weeks earlier. We would have appreciated being notified sooner, which would have given us more time to adjust our plans. This delay is the reason we’re giving a 4-star review instead of 5. Using the RVezy app for the initial and return inspections was straightforward. Our host completed the initial inspection on her app, so we didn’t realize at first that we were also meant to complete it on ours. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend RVezy to others.

My reservation was specifically booked from 5pm delivery on Sunday August 17th to 5pm Sunday August 24th. After multiple texts and phone calls to Scott, ,the owner of the trailer, the trailers was finally delivered at 10pm. Scott had a 19 year old deliver the trailer and did not even have an extension cord to hook the trailer up to power at our campsite. Scott came back to our campsite at 1030pm with a 15 amp extension cord. The driver, Tristan, stated that he was at his brother's birthday party and didn't want to leave. They left us sitting at a picnic table at our campsite for 5 hrs!!!!!!!!!!.Be honest and we could have gone out for dinner or to the Casino. .Scott did not show me anything about this trailer. We could not take any picks because it was 10:30pm before we could even get into the trialer. Scott brought a 15 amp extension cord so we blew a circuit first full day camping. Luckily we had family there who helped us with this. No coffee maker as stated in the description of the trailer. Not a single coffee mug. What the hell!!! All of the cupboards and the drawers had random crap in them. So I expected that the trailer would be picked up at 5pm as agreed upon. I trust people's word. I got a call the next day from the campsite at 3pm asking if I forgot to take my trailer. 22hrs after the agreed upon time for the trailer to be picked up. How does anyone think that they can do this and get away with it????? I am sorry Scott if you are going through something , but some honesty will go a long way bro. .

Answer by Fred K.FlagThe RV owner called the night before the delivery of the unit saying the power step didn’t work and the hot water tank was broken. If I would known well ahead of time I would have cancelled the RV. My wife has parkinsons and she could not get into the RV without going through the passenger side. We had No Hot water for dishes or a shower. This was Not as advertised. Returned RV 3 days early because it was a total disaster. Monique gave me $200..00 compensation which was unacceptable. 519-780-0071. Thank you Fred Knell
