  Easy to use, far cheaper than other websites. Our RV was as expected and in great conditions. We had one flat tire during our trip and the service support was very helpful and fast. Within 1h we were back on the road. Will definately use it again!!!

  Navigation was great; connected with a RV owner near where we wanted to camp and they provided delivery to the site. Payment process was simple and I was able to communicate with the owner re various items as the booking date approached. I had a problem downloading the RVezy app but was my problem - nothing to do with RVezy.

  I booked an RV according to the photos and the stars rates that the owner had. 5 stars, pictures were perfects, but the RV was a reel mess, a lot of thing was holding by tyraps and tape. A lot of things was very worn. It was not what I thought it would be at all. Very disappointing.

  Nous avons loué la roulotte de Daniel pour un voyage en Gaspésie et tout s’est parfaitement bien déroulé. La description correspondait exactement à la réalité, la roulotte était en excellent état et facile à conduire. Daniel est une personne attentionnée : il communique bien, donne toutes les explications nécessaires et reste disponible pour aider au besoin. La roulotte contenait le nécessaire pour nos 5 jours de voyage, ce qui a rendu l’expérience très agréable. Je recommande fortement cette location !

  I had a really good experience. It would be very helpful if there was a list of common items that didn't come with the trailer. Eg. my trailer had kitchen supplies so I was surprised to learn there was no plates or glasses.

  Expect to pay a lot more than advertised. Read the fine print. Know that the guest is not their priority. The insurance is worthless. Very disappointed.

  RVezy service was great, we had difficulty with online form access but quickly looked after by RVezy. On the Ontario end of the trip Shawn went out of his way to provide service we required. Trailer was put in place at my brothers home quickly with everything we required. Shawn picked up trailer at the end of our stay. Trailer was clean and ready for us to use and it was a good way to have our own space while visiting family. Thank you Cherryl & John

  Was given a trailer with a broken water pump and wasn't notified at all even though the person knew the water pump was broken previously. Made our trip with 2 little kids very difficult.

  I had more than a few issues with my rental, although the owner was great and did his best to resolve them, I'm still waiting to hear back from RVesy about my refund/rebate request due to issues with the trailer and the resulting difficult time during my rental period and I am not satisfied with their lack of appropriate response to my inquiry so far.... I was also very unimpressed with their lack of support for the owner when they stated that electrical issues did not fall under their insurance and failed to support the owner in any way, and as a result, myself and family, during that time to ensure that our rental time went well. Basically, bad customer service all around, IMHO

  The owners of the RV were great. The company of RVezy are scammers who charge your credit card for extra days without consent and then refuse to pay you it all back. An extra day wasn’t used yet charged me for it!!! I will tell this story on every advertisement that shows up on all social media. You are thiefs.

  I recently rented a trailer and had an excellent experience. The booking process was simple, Wahajuddin was super helpful, and the trailer was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. Hook-up was quick, and they made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. The return process was just as smooth. Looking forward to our next rental with him in a couple weeks.

  Joseph was great to work with. He was flexible and responded timely most of the time. The RV wasn’t stocked with kitchen supplies, the pots and few dishes were dirty. It didn’t have a sewage hose or a broom or cleaning supplies. We had to purchase a bunch of stuff just to use it for the week which was a disappointment and extra cost for the week.

  It was a straggle from the beginning to use the website when it comes on driver information had to call to add the the primary driver that turns the primary to secondary. The selection for coverage of insurance when I clicked the premium for coverage for the first time RV user was selected but the standard insurance was on my receipt. Only noticed it when the excursion was finished and the unit was returned as the first time RV user one of the leveling plate was damaged and the owner of the unit wants me to be part of replacing all 4 of the plate which was damage from the beginning from wear and tear. He was asking half of the cost of 4 leveling plate and was asking for it not here in RVezy chatroom but through personal phone number. I was choosing premium from the beginning to avoid all this headache. I rented a RV to make my decision to buy my own unit for my family to experience it and later on if I want to let others to rent it out the answer is NO it will cost me more on repair of the unit than making money for maintenance purposes. To rent an RV again the answer to that is "NO" for me it was good experience for me from the beginning but it turn sour at the end due to one damaged leveling plate.

  The rv that we reserved was beat up, the registration was expired, I was wasn’t allowed to use the electrical adapter in my driveway, then Sam, couldn’t find the keys, we were able to take a different rv, we still weren’t allowed to use the electrical adapter in my driveway, couldn’t use the slide, it was broken
