  Poor communication. Rv-rental usually take place on weekends. I needed help that a Representative stated only a supervisor could help with. 3 days later still no supervisor. I have $1500 on hold now and a card charged that I didn't use to place my second rental with.

  More clarification on cancellation policy would be helpfull We don't think its fair to make someone pay if there are circumstances beyond their control if they have to cancel.

  The site is very easy to navigate and to book a RV. One item is that me as a renter cannot see how old the RV is and a 6 year old RV is oftentimes much different than a 2 year old RV.

  Dealing directly with owners allows for better rates, flexibility in picking up and dropping off the RV, a more personable experience, and access to the owner's knowledge of his/her particular RV features and operation. The web site was easy to navigate, the terms fair and easy to understand, and I always appreciate prompt responses!

  The RV we rented was great but we encountered several problems with the RVezy interface. First, we selected the RV delivery option when booking but this was not communicated to the owner. Second, we were charged a $1,000 security deposit without clear notice in advance. Third, we were charged extra mileage fees. There was no notice about this when we submitted the initial booking, even though we indicated our destination. We were given a price quote with no mention of extra mileage fees. This would have certainly changed our trip plans to know in advance.
