  As stated previously, the deceitful manner in which a deposit is taken is totally unacceptable. I have no problem with a deposit but I expect to be told exactly how much it is and when it will be refunded IN ADVANCE OF BOOKING. And keeping it until I write a review is just over the top ridiculous. I will not use Rvezy again nor would I recommend them.

  I found the process of registering to rent an RV very glitchy. All conversations must go through the website login process which is not a quick method to communicate. The portal through a cell phone seems better than a laptop (don't know why) but like I said glitchy not smooth. Too many "other" emails coming from RVezy constantly and I will unsubscribe. The first experience of my rental was disappointing. The owner was new to renting, the RV was dirty, all blinds broken, hot water didn't work and neither did the microwave, nothing supplied by the owner except dishwasher soap, hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 broken pots and 1 tiny strainer and 2 used plastic grocery bags for garbage were supplied. This was not mentioned in the description of the owner to bring "everything" when renting their RV. Terrible experience all in all.

  The site is very informative , easy navigation. I had plenty of options for my area . They also have very nice & up to date campers/RV’s to choose from .RVezy is very simple and easy to rent through. We will be using them from now on . Wendy F.

  Very easy to maneuver around the site and filter to your needs. We just returned from a 4 day RV rental (our first) and had a ball. The owner was so quick to respond and helped us every step of the way! We'll be back!

  Booking with RVezy was great. We compared several different services but none were as simple and trouble free as RVezy. With so many RV owners listing on multiple services including RVezy, we won't be using any other service anymore.

  The website isn't awful, but it isn't always easy to navigate in terms of messages. I find the website to be a bit of a maze. I was trying to send a link to friend's that were interested in renting the same RV but just found it to be a bit difficult. I should mention I am a younger human so I can imagine the more "mature" population would have greater challenges with this.

  Facile à utiliser, beaucoup de choix de VR, service à la clientèle très rapide. J’ai aimé ma première expérience RVezy. Seuls points d’amélioration de l’application: Lorsque j’avais réservé déjà un VR, je recevais pleins de messages de propriétaires voulant me faire louer leur VR (quand j’avais déjà le mien). Cela m’a pris du temps trouver le bouton pour désactiver cette option.

  The only criticism I have is that the required security deposit is not clearly stated...in fact I didn't see it anywhere on the site. It caught me totally unaware when $1000 was charged to my checking account. A notice that it was being charged would have been appreciated.

  RVezy is easy to navigate and provides a good range of travel possibilities. The booking process was smooth and worked well. We will definitely consider renting a trailer this way again.

  RVezy support team was very responsive. I found the whole process of creating an account to booking an RV very positive. This was my first time driving/booking and RV and will definitely use RVezy for future RV rentals.

  RVezy was fast and painless. The only two things I would improve is inform customers of $1,000 fee that wasn’t noticed until we accepted charges and driver picture explained better to take picture.

  Good way to rent. Security depot info could be highlighted prior to booking. It was not aware that security deposit was going to be collected and how much. Apart from that, experience was great.
