  This was my first experience renting a trailer and it was more pleasant then I had ever expected to say the least. Initially Mark explained everything there was to know very thoroughly and made sure I understood along the way. The trailer was in perfect condition in and out and the level of cleanliness and sanitization was superb. Everything we could need from towels, blankets, utensils and cook wear was provided. At the end of our trip it was an effortless experience handing over the trailer and a quick process at that too. This is a trailer I would definitely keep in mind if another trip in the future were to happen.

  It was very easy except a little difficult finding my break down of purchases. I eventually did find it but each time it took a few minutes to locate. Owner also had a hard time seeing my itemized add ons. Will definitely use again though.

  Misled information on the COVID cancellation policy led to a situation that where money was going to be lost on the rental with little compensation by the company. Using an intermediary business for such a rental should give you confidence that you are protected otherwise what is the point of having the extra cost of the middle person. That just isn’t the case here. Unfortunate and created unnecessary stress.

  In short, RVEzy cares about profits and nothing else. Left it up to me to find a way not to get charged for the full price of my trip when I was prevented from going because of the Covid 19 stay at home order. Be very mindful of their cancellation policy. It’s designed to trap you into paying them even when you have no control over the state of affairs in the province. What’s worse is they had a modified cancellation policy because of Covid and refused to extend it even when the province extended the lockdown. Thankfully the person I was renting from was far more considerate and helpful.

  Using RVeezy was relatively straight forward but it took us many bookings before someone accepted the booking as we were first time RVers. Many of the instant bookings were cancelled by the owners without any reason so choice was limited at times.

  This site is a good option to find a RV rental. Some more information on the rental units would be helpful with some models - gross weight, does the RV come with a ball and hitch for your vehicle, etc

  I thought everything went very smoothly. I will use rvezy for my future rentals. It seems that the rates were better than other sites. I liked how easy and straight forward the insurance was. The receipt was nice. I ended up communicating with the owner directly via text rather than through rvezy. Would be nice to choose exact departure and arrival times through rvezy rather than with the owner. Owner had extras that she offered that were not apparent through rvezy

  I will never rent from RVezy again. The roadside doesn’t cover anything you need. For instance, something was wrong with the generator and fuses. The slide outs would not close and neither would the awning. Fortunately the owner was able to talk us through the issue! Someone put the wrong fuse wattage in the RV which caused a ton of problems. Thank goodness my husband packed his entire tool kit because we had to get in a spot not easily accessible to repair. The second issue: the windshield wiper and mirror were broken. My husband literally used a shoe string to tie the wiper on and the mirror as well! The owner said roadside should’ve covered but they didn’t. Roadside said call the owner! RVezy being based in Canada may be the reason the roadside customer service rep didn’t care nor did she even offer a suggestion. When I ask for their names they gave me numbers. They were rude overall and told me to call RVezy, not Roadside which made zero sense because when you call RVezy, the call gets directed to Roadside. I’ll be sure to book again with a company based in the US! $800 for roadside that didn’t help at all!

  The site is overall well designed BUT it could use major improvements. More filters (look at RVShare for inspiration). Add things like specifics, particularly slide outs, brand names etc. And then, a major flaw on my Windows 10 laptop is that after I enter a location, as soon as I try any filters, all the listings disappear, I get an info box asking me to me more specific about dates and how many people, even when I've already entered those fields. No matter what I do after that I can't see any listings till I reload. So you there's a lot more work to do, but again I like the overall look and feel of the site.

  Never knew about this app but t sure helped out abunch. The service is impeccable. Push a few buttons than you talk to an actual person. I talked to two people and both were so helpful. They helped me out as best they could, so easy to talk to and guided me along the way. I can't say anymore positive things about them or I would take up the whole review message space. Good job keep it up, this is my go to site from now on. My situation wasn't a good one, but the RVezy people and the unit owners were all awesome to work with. Even a very last-minute booking happened, everyone involved made it an easy experience. Once again awesome app.

  I found the app would not accept my answers, but only indicate once. After I corrected what I thought needed to be done, the same page just reappeared. No statement, not clear on what I needed to do next. This happened 4 times. I down loaded my ID twice, then got an email asking for my ID again. I completed it. Received am email stating it was verified. Then received an email couple days later stating I still needed my DL to be completed. I forwarded my confirmation email back. The gentleman said thank you for responding but still do your ID. Very frustrating.
