  Scanning the offers online and choosing an RV was easy enough and 5 star. The challenge was in the cancellation of my first choice within the allotted 24 hours - it was not clear to me that it would take three days to have my booking fee returned prompting me to contact RVezy for clarification. Then, it appeared that the system would let me book the RV we ultimately rented but it was unclear that we had to shorten our rental by one day. Also, while you have adopted newer paperwork in the last week or so, there was a lot of confusion about what paperwork needed to be filled out when I first picked up the RV. Would still use RVezy again as everyone was very helpful. It just wasn't very straightforward.

  It was a great experience. Customer service was helpful and responsive. It didn’t take forever to talk to someone and resolve issues which I really appreciated since my travel to pick up the van was delayed. I would suggest some updates on the website and app to make it more user friendly. I had trouble with the driver approval process. It took several tries to get the picture of my drivers license to be recognized. The overall app is a bit buggy, I have to close it out and open it again to get to whatever page I need. I would use this service again.

  The selection of recreational vehicles is great but there should be a filter just for pop up tent trailers. I could only find a filter for towable. I had difficulty finding a definitive answer regarding cancellations due to government imposed restrictions around Covid. I know times were changeable in May and early June, but I would have liked a more robust answer surrounding this question. The experience was generally positive however.

  We will never use this site/service again. Note they don't tell you until after you have booked that you must divulge pictures of your driver's licence when you are now unable to cancel the booking without 80% lose of the total. BUT trailer provider and trailer were excellent.

  Although I got a wonderful RV with an excellent owner, the extra charges the website takes is high. I wasn't allowed to use my own insurance costing me a considerable amount. They also add 10% to incidental changes like extra mileage. Would not use them again.

  We had a great getaway and found a beautiful little motorhome to take us there. Overall, a great experience with RVezy - The only issue is that it takes too long to get the security deposit back on CC, up to 10 days. Just wish that was a little quicker. Otherwise, a lovely experience. Thank you!

  RVezy is such a great service, it makes finding rental campers a bug free ez dreaming experience. We registered, looked, booked, cooked and snoozed under the stars in less than 5 days. We have a big dog so finding a camper that allows pets was really great - I even brought the wife and kids! We highly recommend!

  The mobile app isn’t very user friendly. The service was good. Would suggest that your quotes match the same structure/layout as the billing. That would allows users to see on the quote what they are being billed and when so that when their credit card is charged ( and when the email is received) they know exactly what is being charged and for what part.

  First time booking with rveasy and it was fairly straightforward, although what I don't like is that you have to leave a review about the rental before you get your security deposit back even though the owner stated there was no issues and is ready to give me my money back. I will be making a complaint regarding this and will not book with RVeasy going forward. I would also recommend that people looking to rent go for newer models as pictures are hard to determine the actual condition if a model is older.

  Charges were not very clear on site and seemed to increase as booking add ons were considered... owner was new to platform so didn't know all the charges & fees either. Had a double charge by company which was taken off two days later,, but still frustrating and confusing to the process. Return was easy but I still had to inquire about deposit refund several days later. Would be nice to know sooner if the full refund is expected. Had no luck with phoning customer service but email was effective. Perhaps just working out the kinks.

  Everything was very easy went very smoothly. Had a bit of confusion at the start of the booking on how the handing over of the RV and such will be done. But had that cleared up through the renter. Very good experience all the way around. I have another one booked for a couple months from now and don’t plan on buying another trailer anytime soon. I’ll keep renting for now until I have more time to re-purchase another one. Thanks again

  For the most part, using the app was seamless and easy. I just found that often alerts (and damage deposit) came out a day early which caused some issues and a bit of a heart attack when an alert told me my trip was the next day when in reality it was the day after.

  It seemed reasonably simple yet as time went on there were more hoops and hurdles. May be useful to lay out the process map early on to make it easier for first timers. I'm sure it gets much easier as you do it more than once. My experience with the trailer I rented was excellent.
