  The site looks good. some of the units we wanted to rent were not available during the dates selected and still showed up. I have lost time because of this as it took 24hrs to get a decline reply for that reason.

  Overall an easy experience using the app. The only problem I had was uploading my drivers license. It kept failing and took about 20 minutes to complete. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

  Selection of vehicle and booking was easy. The only negative was that RVezy introduced a new process after our booking had been made and paid for and during our vacation we received several messages requesting that we complete more paperwork to avoid having our booking cancelled! We were on the trip already! Otherwise, no complaints.

  I didn’t give 5 star because of the email you sent to me with an instant book suggestion, along with the word “invoice” in the email, I had to phone to find out what it was, was I being charged for a different booking only to find out it was a suggestion - the wording was misleading.

  Two days before my trip was to begin, RVesy contacted me to let me know that the owner of my rental had sold her RV. They weren't sure if the owner had contacted me. While I'm grateful that they caught it, I feel there should be a firmer process for notifying renters that their trip has been cancelled. The customer support manager had researched some other options for me and sent me links but ultimately it was up to me to find the replacement which ended up being significantly more expensive. RVesy agreed to refund the RVesy fee, but didn't refund the GST paid on that fee!?? All in all, I'm not sure I will rent again...left me feeling anxious about this type of experience.

  We made our booking before the new 'verification' system came into effect. It was very easy and the owner was extremely helpful. However, going forward the system may not be so user-friendly. I am very uncomfortable with their holding personal information such as a drivers license. The information attached to a drivers license should only be shared within the government motor vehicles department and not accessed by outside private firms. How they are able to access the personal information tied to a drivers license is a concern and possibly illegal.

  Renting through RVezy was average. We didn't get an explaination of the "Add-on" fees listed on our Payment Details statement. When my wife called to inquire about the add-on charges, she was just given some examples of what they might be, and not what exactly incurred the charges for our particular rental.

  RVezy is a great way to rent a variety of different RVs from people in my neighborhood. However it is definitely not inexpensive as service fees and insurance costs add up. And make sure you have room in your credit limit for $1000 damage deposit!

  A good app to work with, but there should be a filter for area. I don't want to see trailers that are hours away. I also want to see the entire list of available trailers in my area, not just the featured ones.

  Owners should be required to respond to potential renter questions which some do not do. Also listing of 30amp or 50amp hookup should be REQUIRED in the listings. It's important. Everything else is good in my opinion as a first time renter.

  Good for the tech savvy...but for my mother, it was painful! Too much verifying accounts, driver was already verified when she did her booking, but then when she logged back in to get her $1000 deposit, she had to verify her account all over again and send pics of driver licences ect...I had to help her over the phone to navigate your system. She's now waiting, again, for the driver's licence to get aporoved (which was aleready done when she booked!), in order to get her $1000 deposit. Perhaps, once booking is completed with the owner of the camper, things could be a bit easier for clients?! Click here, click there through the website for checklists...we figured it out, but it was a pain for my mom who constantly called me for IT support! 🤪 She would not book with RvEzy again...
