  Our host Harold top notch i would rent from him again. The was our first time renting an RV and Harold made it simple. I did find some quirkiness repetitive stuff working through the app and the website. I was also surprised by the $500 dollar deductible right before we picked up the RV. IT Was however returned almost immediately after our sign off. Great experience and we will do it again.

  Claude was amazing to deal with! He parked the trailer in the ideal position for us, and set out all the amenities (beyond our expectations) for us to enjoy! This was a great overall experience for us!

  The experience with the rental was very positive. The web site we didn't find very user friendly. Having made our booking we could not easily find our way back to the details of the unit we had booked. Also having paid in full at time of booking, we were surprised a further $1000 deposit was taken off card. Not sure this was clear on booking - or why necessary? - thank you.

  J'ai trouvé rapidement une roulotte disponible, qui répondait à 100% à mes besoins, dans mon secteur et à un prix vraiment acceptable. J'ai aimé l'attitude du locateur. L'appli est simple à utiliser. 4* au lieu de 5, car je n'ai pas aimé être sollicité (mettre la pression en m'envoyant un devis de location pour que je les choisisse) par des locateurs qui ont vu que j'ai regardé leur annonce.

  We are thinking about purchasing an RV. We decided to rent one to get a first hand experience with an RV. Rvezy.com made the experience easy to navigate. We able to locate a rental and communicate with the owner through the website. Booking the rental and the check-in/return process were easily managed. The booking included insurance and other options to cover any concerns. We had a great week and got a feel for what we want in an RV. I would definitely recommend the rvezy for renting!!

  RVEzy is a company to avoid. The owner I dealt with was great and he assisted us as we "battled" the very poor customer service incurred as EVezy introduced their new app.

  The service was good, HOWEVER - the deposit for teh RV was held by RZEzy until I left a review on the RV owner. It was done although the owner has released the deposit from his end without any complaints. Only after both sides - reter and rv owner shared a review, the deposit was released. This is a disgrace(!!) The deposit should not be held as a ransom against leaving a review or feedback!

  The trailer we rented was great and the person we rented from was very helpful and made the experience very easy. The only stressful part was the verification process with the site. After submitting my information I continued to get emails telling me to complete my information even though it was already submitted and I could do nothing more until my information was processed. Over all a good experience and customer service helped me to navigate the other questions I had.

  poor tech support. received multiple emails/texts advising me to complete a renter's agreement & advising me that the reservation was going to be cancelled. However I could not complete it without verifying my account, but was not able to verify my account without the verification code - which was not sent! Had requested it on the website multiple times without receiving in on my phone. Only way to contact Rvezy was through an email on their website which I sent and did not receive a reply until 3 days later & after the lovely people we were renting from contacted Rvezy on our behalf. Poor customer service & tech support! Will not be renting through this site again!

  They showed up hours later then we were told with the camper. We were to have sewer hook up but they didn’t bring a hose long enough. There were seven of us in the camper so the holding tank was not big enough and we ended up not being able to use the toilet or shower after a day! The bedding was so thin that our grandkids had to sleep in a twin bed together so that they could double up the covers.

  So glad I found this site. So easy to use, setting up an account was a breeze. I highly recommend requesting a booking for more than one trailer, as your first choice may not be available. I sent a request for a trailer I would have preferred because it was way bigger, but the renter didnt even see my request or inquiry messages.

  I do like paying RVezy, not the owner. I like that they act as a mediator/moderator between the renter and rentee. I did not like so many extra fees. On a $110/night RV for two nights we paid $500. That's more fees than what the rental is. I had to wait a week for the owner to "close out" before I could get my $1000 deposit refunded. This is too long of a wait. Then, after 8 days I called and asked for my deposit back because the owner still did not "close out". I was told this will still take some time because the owner needs opportunity to do their end. What??!!!! They've had a week! "Oh, but they maybe need more education on what the process is". NO! I was told that they would be receiving communicative "nudges" during this week to get their end DONE. THAT IS THE EDUCATION AND THEIR OPPORTUNITY! "Oh, but we actually didn't send any of those communications because it's been a real gong show around the office here". SO WHAT! That's you dropping the ball, not me. So don't keep holding my money hostage because the owner is lazy and you guys are a gong show (your words). But in the end I did get my refund issued today. This is good. But the fact that I had to wait a week, call many times and wait on hold for 45 minutes each time is not good. Not convenient. This idea is a good one, but there are some wrinkles that need to be ironed out. Thus only 3 stars.
