  We rented an awesome camper (the Duke) for the long weekend of July. Tyler the owner was great and always available if we had questions. The rvezy experience was my first and I had a little trouble with it, but because I had Tyler’s contact number, he helped me through it. I would differently rent again👌☀️😊

  Great site, easy to use and great customer service. I only wish you require the RV owners to be more descriptive with any issues their RV have- up front, not at the time of delivery. At that time it puts the customer in a corner. When you book a RV, you should have a worry-free experience and not have to worry about: maintenance, mechanical, cosmetic, and material issues. One thought is to make the RV owner sign an agreement that their RV is 100% free from all of the above...

  I had to call & get assistance from advisor to finish booking process. I kept getting notice to finish the process & was not sure what to do. She sent link to click on to send picture & driver's licence for security. Contact with trailer owner, delivery & setup was so easy. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. My next rental will definitely be thru Rvezy.

  I didn’t like your app. I found it very difficult to navigate and the links didn’t work. I also found it difficult to communicate with the owner through the app, eventually we just texted directly.

  Overall a good experience. However I take issue with the fact that the 1k deposit was charged to my credit card and I had to pay interest on it. So my 1k deposit cost me 17%. There is no other option to pay the deposit, unfortunately this cost my review 1.5 stars right away. This is not what I expect when paying a 'deposit'. When I wrote the RVEzy team about this the reply was robotic and cold like a template response, however for other communication with the RVezy team the staff were great and replied quickly. We did experience some minor issues with the app itself, app crashing, needing to validate my account AFTER booking/paying and closing the booking with the app was frustrating, pressing 'close' simply brought me back to step one so we ended up leaving 2 reviews for our host. I would have rated 4.5/5 stars if it hadnt been for the deposit being directly billed.

  I had a vary difficult time with communication. I must of accidentally started signing up as a owner not a renter and your system will still not stop asking to to complete my account set up information. When I tried to access renters trailers your system keeps blocking me trying to get me to finish my account set up. This is extremely frustrating. Thereis no contact phone number. A physical person could have walked me through it in 2 minutes. I was left not knowing if I had booked a trailer or not right up until a few days before my dates and your system was stil telling me my booking is not complete and the trailer won't be available until the contract is complete.

  A couple of issues/suggestions: I want to see my payment details on the app. I don’t like having to switch between email & the app to piece together my trip status. When I get a link to do something on my account, the link in the email doesn’t connect to the app - it opens up the generic website which is useless. It should open the app or to your account on the webpage.

  I really thought that I was going to get screwed over when we rented a trailer for friends band their family to come out camping with us but it was a phenomenal experience- I’d recommend to anyone who was looking into it. Check out Renaud and his trailer, great man!

  Not clear enough on the selections that are provided. For example we assumed the camper would come with a full propane tank since there was one. There was no mention if this in the add. We went to use the tank and it was completely empty. The people renting should be forced to select options on what’s included and what’s not.
