Booking an RV that met our needs was as easy as reading the ads… the RV was exactly as described and the provider was great in explaining details at delivery point. Turned out to be like a B&B on wheels. Very pleased with this experience.

Not super easy to get thru the booking due to website issues which required customer service intervention twice. What really bothered me was what happened after my rental. The host charged me for his own maintenance items. He charged me for propane never used and dumping the black and gray water. I had witnesses that tanks were properly cleared. Host pointed out the electronic gages which showed contents. People know these are often problematic. Host would have noticed empty tanks when he went to empty however following return Host ghosted me completely. I protested the extra $350 charges to RVEZY customer service and they too ghosted me! My $622 rental went to over $900. I also had to buy a new tire due to getting a flat. An extra $108 that they wouldn't reimburse. Don't use RVEZY !!!!! You will be screwed.

We had an excellent experience renting an RV. The people that we rented the RV from were awesome. They were so helpful and so nice to deal with. We had a lot of problems with the website and tried and tried to download the app onto our phone. After trying all weekend it still would not work, so we could not do the photos and inspection for pick up and drop off. We had trouble with the website at home on our computers too. It was our first time renting an RV and it was a great experience because of the people that we rented the RV from. I don't think we would use RVezy again because of the problems with the phone app and website.

this was my first time rental. We booked a 25 foot trailer. It was delivered to the lake down shakedown to see Nickelback for the weekend. It was seamless and Montana was a great host. I will definitely use a service again.

Unfortunately, the camper was in a terrible condition. It was dirty, the beds were dusty, and the seats were covered in dog hair. The cupboards needed to be cleaned otherwise there would have been no place to store things. Equipment such as kitchen utensils was missing. The bedding hadn't been washed. The freezer stank of beer. The awning was completely missing. The step couldn't be extended because it was completely dented. The wastewater tank was full, so we had to empty it first. the Fresh water tank was empty.The display lights (indicators) for the electricity, water, and wastewater were broken. their were no furniture to sit outside or an umbrella, instead of the missing awning. The gastank wasn't full when we picked it up, so we returned it as it was. The car wasn't handed over to us, but was left at the airport. The door was open, and the key was in the vehicle. This wasn't how we imagined the handover would go. During the course of the trip, the right front wheel had started making noise, so we could only drive back slowly. In general we didn't feel safe to drive a long distance. with this vehicle. We contacted Andre about the missing awning and a reduction on the price a the only came back to charge us with an half empty gas tank and a missing cap ( which is true that we lost this. An apology and some reimbursement would have been very much appreciated.

Everything was awesome. Tim picked us the airport and took us to the campground then came to pick it up on the otherside of nfld motorhome was very comfortable and we really enjoyed it. From beginning to end, the process was easy - even though I have technical limitations! The trailer was exactly as described - actually it was nicer than the pictures on line and Melissa made sure we had everything we would need to have a beautiful week. We rented a trailer in Alberta while visiting from Ontario and it was such a positive experience, we are going to rent a trailer in Ontario next summer!

It was easy to reserve the RV. The communication with the company was clear. It made things easy and plaisant. The only little things that I found a little excessive is the hold on the credit card for 7 days. I think it should be released as soon as the owner have reviewed the RV... especially if they are the ones moving and installing the trailer. Otherwise, it was an awesome experience.

Really great trip... Matt was super responsive, even came out to fix a battery issue midway threw our rental. The Camper was super clean, ready to roll. If you want extended cooking capabilities ask Matt about his Weber Traveller.... it's a little extra but totally worth it... Bring sleeping bags/linens and pillows and you're set... Thanks Matt... look me up in Tampa FL if you make it down.

I am so happy that we chose to use RVEZY for our family reunion accommodations! We were on family land in rural BC and there were no holiday rental options for a house for our family. Luckily a friend recommended RVEZY and our hosts were amazing, pick up and drop off of trailer was smooth and we will definitely use this service again!

I think this concept is a good one but I found the website a little confusing at times. The host was very easy to work with and flexible. The description of the unit was correct. The thin pads that are used for the bed were surprisingly comfortable to sleep on. The unit is equipped with many items which is nice to have. It was disappointing that when we picked up the unit we had to spend over an hour cleaning it. The host did refund the cleaning fee as I did let her know that it was not clean.

We had a very positive experience with RVEzy - everything went as planned and our host, Phillip, was wonderful to work with. I did not find the RVEzy website particularly user-friendly, but it all worked out well.

I loved how easy it was to narrow down what I needed. Easy to search for dates of availability. Very easy to communicate with owner of vehicle/camper/trailer . Offers many add ons to make your experience the perfect get away for the family. Would highly recommend this app. Definitely will use again and refer other people.

The RVEZY site is very easy to maneuver through. Once the order was processed i did not receive from this site the address of pick up. I contacted the owner of the trailer fire this information.

I am not very good on the computer and found it a little confusing. I am 71 and that has a lot to do with it. My daughter tried to help but did have a little trouble. She phone and a wonderful girl helped her through it. Other than that we were very happy Jarad provided He was so helpful, explained everything we needed to know and was very polite and kind.

The only thing I was disappointed about was learning how little of the money I paid goes to the actual owner of the unit. Otherwise I was happy with the whole experience!

Dylan was very easy to work with to get preparation done for the trip. All the things we needed as non trailer ow era was provided on the rental. Overall RVezy was a straight forward site and great to have verified owners connecting.

I found the trailer I rented very nice, but the prices were not upfront. I rented a trailer for 140/night for two nights after all the fees it came to $590. 280 50 for cleaning 100 for delivery 55 for stationary protection $87 Rvfrenzy fee 14 taxes I spent more in fees then I did for the trailer. Feels like I was nickel and dimed for every transaction
