  This was my families first travel trailer experience and it did not disappoint. We were treated to a clean and luxurious trailer with tons of room for my family of 6. The trailer was delivered and fully setup on time, and Matt explained all the functions of the trailer. After two restful nights at our campground (thanks to the comfortable beds and strong A/C), the trailer was picked up on time with no issue. I would highly recommend this trailer for a family due to its high quality and spacious interior (bunkhouse!), together with a very responsive and friendly host. And getting the trailer delivered, setup and picked up is a huge plus.

  You can see pictures but I will always go see the unit in person before going to -ick it up the first day of our trip. You need to have a way to cancel the reservation if the unit is dirt, not well maintained or not up to standards.

  Easy to find an RV to meet our needs. Turned out to be a great rental with everything clean and working fine. Rvezy communicates and keeps you informed every step of the way. The only issue is this screen here where everything is in kiddie font which is hard to read! Don't show your young programmer typewriter text as he may have a heart attack!

  RVezy site was easy to use and I did t have any booking issues; however, I discovered that the disclosure from owners on what exactly was included in the rental was not consistent among listings. I had NO idea that a trailer would be rented without basic living supplies (plates/cups/pots or even soap for the bathroom!). Linens for bedding had to be requested. When you travel to use the RV, most people don’t pack that kind of stuff. Thankfully I had family around to bail me out or it would have been a much bigger problem.

  I had difficulty taking a photo of my drivers licence and the staff at RVezy were. Extremely helpful and patient with me. I also called with questions about the invoice and the staff were very knowledgeable. I would recommend RVezy.

  As a senior I had some trouble using the website, I had to get my son to help me quite a bit. Even when I loaded the app on my phone it didn't seem to work right. I was very happy with the assistance given to me by the host. Also the RV was great!!

  RVezy was a simple, easy, and very user-friendly service. It was my first time using it, and I definitely recommend it. The information from the system is informative and makes it easy and fun to look for options. The rental I found for our trip was perfect. The host was communicative enough. To save me packing and vehicle space, the listing could have had more details on what came with the RV. It was almost fully stocked but didn't come with some of the key things it did list as having included (like folding chairs). We opted for the delivery and pick-up option which made our camping trip more like a cabin get-away. Everything was set up when we arrived, and we got to simply drive away at the end of it. So easy and convenient.

  I was very satisfied with the trailer, we rented. it was delivered and set up, ready to move in for the 9 nights. The owner was very easy to work with and was accommodating. I did find it a bit challenging to do the initial and departure inspections because I was not aware pictures were to be taken. Also there is no area to mark Not Applicable on the check lists for reviews.

  All was good with the exception of the pre and post trip verification. The app seemed to glitch and I had to upload pictures, odometer readings, etc twice. My host said he always had to do the same thing too. Otherwise, no issues.

  The delivery and set-up of the trailer was exemplary. The trailer had lots of room and the hosts were very generous and kind The beds were comfortable and there was lots of storage space. I do have to mention that the owner of the RV should make sure that novice campers are made aware of the fragile nature of the water system in the bathroom with regards to toilet and tub usage. I would use RVezy again.

  Our experience of searching for and finding the RV that was right for our needs through RVezy was a smooth and easy process. Information and photos about the rentals was extensive and made it easy to determine which RV was the best fit for us. Our experience of renting Paul's Clipper was 100% positive. Paula was friendly, easy to talk to, and very helpful in showing us the details related to using the camper. The camper was clean and comfortable.   I found the search could be better in that I was looking to find a rental closer to the area I was going or between where I live. Site should all for both to give best options enroute or local. The RV we rented was not clean and the outlets didn’t work which was upsetting but the host was easy to talk to and accommodating. Drop off was at another location and the battery did not have enough juice to get it off the hitch. The owner was not around or available to help, so we had to figure it out. First time using the site and renting. Not sure we would do it again- especially without sway bars. Lesson learned

  There were many campers registered on the RVesy site in the area I looking. Booking was straightforward. Need to improve communication leading up to pick up - no pick up address provided even on day of booking - and on completion - no info about security deposit return even after a full week. Review details of the host are not easy to see and star rating shown for my host was not even in the same ballpark as what I gave. Wonder about the authenticity of previous rating. Hosts should be expected to provide clean trailer (including fridge) and provide beds that have mattresses that are a reasonable thickness despite the age of the trailer. I am hesitant to use RVesy again based on my first experience.

  Setting up account was a bit complicated. Additional fees, not advertised, added considerably to total costs. Total costs was almost double advertised rental cost. The rental application process was quite involved and time consuming . I am not likely to use Rvezy again.

  I rented an RV from somebody named Chris on RV Z. He did not let me know if the generator was not working until the day of us leaving on our vacation. The RV was dirty. There was sand in the shower and you’re being charged $150 cleaning fee But obviously he’s a scam artist so he takes your money but he doesn’t fix anything in the motorhome, the air wasn’t working. The freezer did not freeze anything. The levelers did not work. They did not come down at all. There was a big crack in the windshield and I contacted him and he did nothing about it and then I contacted Customer Support. I sent all the videos of him saying that the generator doesn’t work that he sent me the day of I sent them all the photos of everything broken in that motorhome. I sent them all the text messages back-and-forth from me and to Chris regarding the troubles of the RV And customer service did nothing. They said that they can’t see that the air is not blowing or that the RV had problems or issues so in other words, they’re going to make you pay money, but they do not work with their customers. They work only with their people that they’re working with with the RVs. They don’t care about their customers I do not recommend going through this company And this guy didn’t even do a walk-through for me. He left the RV on his property with the keys inside, so there was no walk-through of the RV. I didn’t even meet him in person so it’s very horrible. Very horrible. I do not recommend this company I would go through RV share or outdoors, but don’t go through RV they’re horrible. They obviously will let anybody rent their RVs out even if they’re garbage.

  I dealt with it with my bank because you guys were not willing to work with me or help me so no I won’t contact you guys because you guys don’t do anything and it’s really sad because I was excited to have my first time renting an RV with you guys, and this is the horrible experience that I had and then your customer service pretty much wants to believe that guy over a customer if I had a great time and if I had a good RV that had no issues I wouldn’t be requiring or asking for my money back or at least something back for the damages, but they weren’t even willing to do that so no, I will not take my review down and I will not ever go through you guys again

  The owner handed over an RV with a faulty generator — every time we tried to start it, the generator drained the battery. If the slider or awning was out, we had no choice but to charge the battery first using a running engine and generator (at the renter's cost), which takes a minimum of 4 to 5 hours to reach an optimal charge level. On top of the genuine complaint from neighbouring campers (they were not here to hear a sound of a generator and running engine) You literally can't move the RV until the slider and awning are retracted, meaning we were stuck multiple times. We ended up wasting two full days dealing with these recurring issues, and to make matters worse, we were still charged for the full service fee. An awful, awful vacation killer. Unacceptable experience.

  This rental was perfect, and just the right size, fits in regular parking spots as well! It is a dream to drive, and all the amenities were great. You could very comfortably fit 2 adults, or even 2 adults 1 or 2 children if you wanted to. Glen was an exceptional host and very thorough with his overview and any RV instructions, pre-trip. He has also made sure that the RV has some comfortable features, like the blackout curtains and inserts to make sleeping in easy and level of privacy was impeccable. I thought to bring my own additional layer of foamy to top the bed's mattress with to add some extra cushion, if you prefer a slightly softer sleeping area this might be a good idea, but it's still perfectly fine without. I was camping off-grid so even without a power hookup & cabin A/C, the amount of windows in this vehicle make cooling off on hot days easy. The fridge and freezer running on propane rather than electric also made this experience even more ideal! I would happily rent from Glen again, as this was a fantastic experience and the RV was beyond my expectations. Highly, highly recommend!!
