  « Une expérience incroyable avec le VR de Jeff et Audrey ! » Nous avons adoré notre expérience. Le VR était impeccable, parfaitement propre, bien entretenu et super confortable pour voyager. Tout était bien expliqué par Jeff et Audrey, qui sont des hôtes exceptionnels, chaleureux et très disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. Leur souci du détail et leur gentillesse ont vraiment rendu notre voyage simple et agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter leur VR à 100 % !

  The trailer was nice and clean. It came with everything you would need to camp for a family of four except for a pot and a pan to cook but we had asked before hand so we brought our own. The trailer was also equipped with bedding for the main bed.They were on time for delivery and pickup of the trailer. Would definitely rent again!

  before picking up our RV from nearby Parksville, all my many questions were answered by Amy through text/email within minutes. Before driving the RV off their property, I was given a tour explaining everything. The RV was new, in perfect shape & easy to drive. Great job, Galaxy RV!

  RV easy should make it easier for you to know where the person is located prior to booking their RV. I booked an RV thinking that it was close to the airport but that I found out that it was an over an hour drive to get to the RV. That waste is so much time and I had to pay almost $100 for an Uber.

  I did not like that most transactions had to happen with app, did not want another app on my device. There seemed to be a lot of information to complete at different stages that always required logging in again. But organized and pleasant communication.

  Since We Picked Up The RV I Was Not! Happy. I honestly thought some homeless person was living in it on the street. We were literally waiting for The RV to Arrive. It was Not The One On Picture. It was Old! Faded paint Cracking Stickers And Filthy dirty With Dirt And Bugs. Not Just Bugs But!!! Years Of Dead Bugs. How Dare You rent It Out For 1220 with a 1500 Deposit That They Kept because of Damages I Still Haven’t Received The Pictures Of Ckaimed Damage But They Already Kept My Deposit 🤨😡 We Have Rented RV’s From Across America Many!!! Times And Never Had To Pay For Nothing But Miles. Very Unsatified

  I thought the process was very good except some of technical stuff that I was doing on my phone! My drivers license verification was an issue for me, although. I am not very technical. More explanation on how to do the tech stuff would help the older and not so technical!! Now that I have figured out how to do it, it will be easier next time! All in all it was great!!

  The App failed and just gave me an endless circle of doom for my check in inspection taking pictures within the app. It did work very quickly for my post trip inspection when i took pics on my phone and uploaded. The website worked great, and the communication with the host was good.

  I was extremely shocked that the trailer came with absolutely nothing but a plastic coat hanger. There was no water, propane, dishes, cooking utensils or pots. For the price I paid for an empty trailer and horrible beds compared to my sister and brother in law's fully equipped trailer. I was then charged double cleaning for trailer waste dump and rinse. Absolutely ridiculous as my brother in law and I hauled water from main house on private acreage. You would think that when you have to have trailer delivered due to being legally blind and no driver's license the host would warn me that the trailer has nothing in it. I feel duped. This was my first time ever renting a trailer and I am not sure I will ever do it again.

  The rental process itself was easy and I found that there was good communication/ explanation of next steps once I had completed the initial booking but be prepared to add at least $200. more to the bill for all the fees and taxes. Fees include RVezy service fee, road side assistance, cleaning fee, protection fee and taxes. I did not see a detailed outline of all the charges with the initial booking, only after I went into the app and check my documents did I see the detailed invoice. I was not aware of the cleaning fee so I cleaned the trailer when we left (left it cleaner than when we got it). Had I known of the cleaning fee I could have saved myself some time and sweat. If I was booking again I would ask if I could opt out if the road side assistance and protection coverage and have it covered by my own vehicle insurance and AMA. I would also inquire of what the cleaning expectations are.

  Une expérience de vanlife électrique inoubliable ! Nous avons vécu un très beau voyage à bord du VR. Il est bien aménagé, confortable et avec tout le nécessaire pour voyager de façon autonome et agréable. Ce qui nous a particulièrement marqués, c’est la fenestration exceptionnelle du van. Grâce aux grandes fenêtres, nous étions en contact constant avec la nature environnante. Cela a vraiment enrichi notre séjour, d’autant plus que nous avons eu la chance de parcourir la magnifique région de Charlevoix. Un grand merci aux hôtes Nancy et Alain. Ils ont été d’une grande gentillesse — chaleureux, rassurants et toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. Une expérience à refaire que nous recommandons sans hésiter à toute personne curieuse de découvrir la vanlife de manière responsable et connectée à la nature.

  The website is easy to navigate, hosts were friendly, got back to us in a timely matter and we’re good with communication. There was sewage already in the tank, so it kinda smelt. We couldn’t use the fridge because the propane wasn’t working and we couldn’t use the lights because the battery wasn’t hooked up. The fridge and bathroom were kinda dirty.

  Trailer was nice; owner experience was disappointing. We had to purchase our own $30 hitch adapter and $220 RV specific extension cord to power the trailer. Extension cord was accidently left in owner's garage when we departed. Not knowing, nor told we needed it, so we had to purchase a new one. Owners informed that they had a hitch adapter prior to our arrival, turns out it wasn't universal. I left them mine and was told they would buy it, never heard back. Aside from that it was a good trip.

  I had a very positive experience renting Shane's camper/trailer. I made several changes to the booking in terms of upgrades, and they were super responsive about the changes and answered all the questions I had. I rented it for a weekend event at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. Shane dropped it off for me and did an excellent job coordinating with my friend who was on site before me. The trailer itself was great and well-equipped with everything I needed. It even came with some folding chairs, which were very handy. It was fairly large and was a great place to hang out over the weekend. Super convenient. I would definitely recommend renting from Shane.

  It was ok experience but found it harder than last times we rented and once we had a problem we couldn't get customer service to understand and just kept saying it was the systems fault and they cant help. This is discouraging when your company won't even listen to the issue before blaming it on your payment system. Almost like you don't care if we rent with RVEzy or not. Other than that it was good
