Very comfortable trailer. The only thing I would suggest is having a electric coffee maker and a toaster in the trailer. The owner was very nice to deal with and also very easy to contact throughout the experience.

Customer service was great. The unit was not clean - I don't think the floor has ever been cleaned. There is not sufficient cutlery, no bowls or glasses or any cooking tools/pots/pans. I know these things get stollen or go missing but for the cost to rent the unit, this should be supplied or noted. I left the unit cleaner than when it was delivered.

We knew this was an older RV, but it wasn’t truly rental-ready. The AC and water worked and the gas tank was full, but that’s about where the positives end. There was no shower curtain, no forks or pans (despite a “basic kitchen” being listed), and the windshield was filthy. We had requested linens in advance, but that hadn’t been noted. Vinny helped us at check-in and really hustled to fix what he could. He was apologetic and said he’d just gotten back from vacation, but ultimately someone else should have made sure things were squared away before our arrival. Propane wasn’t full, the awning didn’t work, and there were no stabilizers—so things felt off-kilter the whole time.

I rented a trailer and paid to have it delivered.,Bedding stunk, could not use. Heater didn’t work, had to use a space heater in an already confined space. Awning didn’t work so couldn’t even go outside while it rained. Owner refunded me $75.00. I really dont love that the company requires me to pay for insurance on the RV even if I wasn't moving it. It was expensive for the insurance and it was delivered to be at the campsite as well as picked up.

It is very easy to use and the interface is user friendly. I did not use the app but the website had very nice features like texting back and forth with the RV owner when I had questions. Why not 5 stars? The fees are kinda high. We rented for 3 nights and it cost $200 a night, $600 total. The RVezy fees were $300 on top of that.

It was too expensive with all of the additional costs added on to the rate. I only rented it for 3 nights so if the additional costs were spread out over a longer trip I guess it would not have stood out as much. The trailer was nice, set up and tear down went smoothly. Communication was great.

The actual costs including security holds should be upfront. You shouldn’t have to go through several steps of the process to then find all of the add ons and costs out. Feels like you’ve been luered. Also hold the camper owners accountable. If the owner advertises that the camper has an awning, it better damn work and not be damaged so it can actually be used. Especially when that’s going into your decision making on which camper to pick.over all a decent easy process with a lot of steps that are in the favor of the rv owner which is understandable but Alison not up front

When getting an rv delivered to a campsite, there should be a pre stay inspection, not a pre trip inspection. Various details are different, when the renters is not hauling the rv. The rv was already at the site and we did not have to pull it, or hook it up.

All in all ut was a good experience. Our family had to book a last minute camper for our family trip do to incoming weather. We found two options with two easy going people. RVery made it easy to communicate, despite my learning curve. The delivery, set up and pickup made everything so easy for us. The renter was amazing. This was our first experience renting an RV amd we deffinately will be doing it again.

Excellent service. Our host Jeff was awesome, dropped off the trailer at our campsite all set up and picked it up after we left. Very good communication, responded quickly to all messages. RV was basically brand new. Condition, very clean. Would rent again.
