  Easy, straightforward, and responsive to all our questions. It was our first time renting an RV after years of having our own rig so was a little nervous but RVezy gave us a positive experience. Would definitely use their services again!

  Anthony and Marcos were amazing. We had a little set back with the wipers but they were on it and called a mobile mechanic to fix it. The RV was stocked and clean. No complaints. Would definitely book again!

  Justin the owner of the trailer we rented was an excellent host. As first timers to the trailer world we had a lot of question and not much knowledge of how things worked. He explained everything about the trailer carefully showed us how to hook-up, how to level and any other questions we had. We texted him while we were on the road with more question and he answered our texts immediately. I would definitely rent his unit again. thanks Justin for making things go smoothly for us.

  We can't wait to do this again! Wish We can give Eva more than 5 stars. She made sure our experience was an absolute delight. From setting it up on the site, to everything being spotless, full of supplies. The easiest way of enjoying outdoors without owning a trailer. This was our first time having a trailer delivered to the Campground, and we wouldn't do it in any other way. Eva's response time to all my questions was immediate. She was accommodating to our requests to make sure we had a great experience. Thank you Eva, we are most definitely your customer again soon!

  We had a great time camping in this trailer. Everything was setup perfectly when we arrived. The owner was responsive and helpful. It was clean and all the beds were made up. It is very spacious and our kids loved having their own space at the back of the trailer to play and sleep. It is good for all ages as there are bunks or you can pull out the back mats for a king sized slumber! It could also fit a play pen and a single. Kitchen had everything we need, water was hot, radio and TVs inside! Windows are tinted and blackout coverings made it very comfortable. Outdoor kitchen was great for keeping any cooking mess outside and the additional outdoor fridge was a huge perk! The owner provided camping chairs and a table so we didn’t have to bring much! We will be renting again. Thanks!

  I got the equipment that was wanted. We had a good trip and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The e-connection with this company was spotty, and at times annoying, leaving me questioning legitimacy. The app. was not helpful after having made a booking and wasn't a good use of time. "Regular business hours" on your phone message should include a time zone.

  Rvezy enabled me to contact a family renting their RV. The app made it easy to rent the RV. Rvezy charges for this and forces you to use their insurance. That is the downside as their costs are high. Shop around for price. I wish I had. The RV itself was fair priced.

  The navigation and booking were easy! The owners of our camper were very good with communication. However, when we had issues, I called RVezy. I was told we could request the owners come pick up the camper and we could “request a refund” but that it was not guaranteed because the gentleman I spoke with “doesn’t make those decisions”. This was incredibly frustrating and made a hard situation even more confusing. Do we cancel, lose our camper for the weekend at a campsite we were already at, and even then may not get the refund? We ultimately decided to push through and had multiple small issues, none of which were worth cancelling, but the combination of which was stressful and lead to me crying myself to sleep 2/3 nights. The website is easy to book through and if everything goes smoothly, would be great. Unfortunately ours didn’t go smoothly and we spent an incredible amount of money for a camper and situation we were miserable in.

  Handy app and concept—why not rent your RV/trailer when not in use. The actual app itself could use some work, especially for low-cell-signal areas (which I imagine is actually a lot of RVezy’s use case given campgrounds are often out in the middle of nowhere). What I mean is: in order to chat with your host, the app loads tons and tons of data and often fails to load. It was a major pain to communicate through it when cell signal was poor.

  The communication was very good, the set up was done efficiently and on time. The RV was very comfortable and perfect for a couple but also has 2 bunks for a family. It was very clean and the only issue was some minor leaking around the kitchen tap and we ran out of water the morning of departure but it didn't present a problem. The owner was very accommodating and invited us to call if there was anything we need. Overall a very good experience.

  We loved the Mercedes Benz Silver Surfer it was perfect for our overnight camping trip. Super clean plenty of room and we loved the bathroom accessories. Eric was a great too. Only disappointment was the awning with LED lights was not working found that out when we actually rented it but other than that it was great. Would definitely rent again for a camping trip!

  Our Host was Antwan. He was very responsive every time I reached out to him. His r.v was clean, very well maintained and he added nice personal touches, from the decor to snacks, and even a thank you card. When Antwan dropped our R.V at the campsite our friends said he was there for 2 hours setting it all up and making sure everything was hooked up correctly. His electrical cord wasn't quite long enough (we were pretty far from.the outlet) so he drove 10 miles away to Walmart to get another one that wouldI would work!!! I definitely recommend Antwan and his R.V. We will definitely use him.again.

  The sprinter van we rented for our Canadian road trip met all our needs. The process of renting was straightforward. The van made the “camping” pretty darn pleasant.   It serves a purpose, but the app is a bit janky, particularly when uploading photos. My RV host seemed to be able to hide their reviews. I didn’t notice until after the booking that they had an aggregate rating of 3. I now realize this was a red flag and that I shouldn’t have gone through with the booking - the experience was in line with their reviews. That seems dishonest and manipulative. I regret using this app to book.

  On the app there is no confirmation of actually accomplishing the task I pressed a button for; there was no way to accomplish the return of the vehicle; the app does not guarantee the quality of the vehicle; your company does not verify that a vehicle is actually safe / acceptable to drive. As soon as I am all cleared out from my booking and I am settled (hopefully you are giving me some refund) I am deleting the app and will never be using your service again.

  Yes I have been in consistent touch with Nico in Customer Service and there continues to be nothing you guys say you can do for me. This thing approaches scam territory. You definitely will not have the opportunity to serve me better in the future because you have not served me at all in the present; why would I believe you could do better? I believe Nico is trying to help, but I cannot request additional money from the owner because the buttons do not work, and it's absolutely ridiculous that your "protection plan" doesn't cover "the RV being terrible." I spent $325 / night for no shower, oil level problems, leaking slider, leaking roof, no sinks. Bad, bad, bad.
