    The website could definitely be smoother to handle, too many hang-ups when trying to see an item, putting something in the basket… It always takes several tries. Gross incompetence when picking up the order: the email sathe order is ready but at the store nobody can find it. Yesterday it took 4 people and 20 minutes to egt my package. It made me miss my chance to get on an earlier flight.

    J'ai adoré pourvoir tout commandé à l'avance pour pouvoir être plus sereine ya moment de mon départ. J'ai pu rester un peu plus longtemps avec ma famille qui m'accompagnait plutôt que dans les files d'attente et les rayons du duty free. Le fait de tout récupérer en salle d'embarquement est un vrai plus car on n'a plus a se poser la question des liquides en bagage à main, ni du poids et à ce moment il ne nous reste plus qu'un bagage à main et non plus toutes nos valises dont on s'est delesté juste avant. Super concept !

    I expected that since I have ordered online, ahead of time, the process at the airport would be quick and convenient. But no, I waited in Click and Collect line for 20 minutes just to be informed to go to the counter without the Click and Collect sign. Then proceeded to wait another 6-8 minutes for the cashier to input information and get my order. I could have shopped offline it would be much quicker and more convenient. You need to work on your Click and Collect operations offline. Just build a locker or something.

    I wish I had known about this option with my last trip to Paris. The prices are cheaper here than if you purchased the items elsewhere in the city. I will use this every time that I visit by seeing if the items that I want are available through Extime click and collect before buying them elsewhere. The service upon pickup was amazing as well.

    Pros: Wide range of products available to be selected and paid in advance saving time. Cons: For 'Click and Collect' we should offer a longer opening time, maybe till 10pm specially for late night flight. This in my opinion is one of the reason someone use click and collect. With duty free shop closing at 9pm, we can order online and collect even after shop is closed.

    I travelled to the airport the day before a morning flight. Consequently, I input my time of arrival as late afternoon but when I entered my flight details the arrival time was automatically changed to 2 hours before my flight. This was not helpful!     "On the internert collect & pickup" is horrible. I paid more than EUR 500 and products were not pickep up correctly. Two items were missed. When I wrote to after-service about this issue, the perosn gave me wrong answer not to my request. It wasted my time to write again and again.

    Navigating - Good Customer Service - Not good. First, the product was delivered to the wrong Extime shop which would require me to take the shuttle in the airport to look for it. I was told that I will be paged once the product is brought to the right shop. Unfortunately, I was not and I have to go back twice to look for the product. The lady at the counter has no idea how to search for it. Did not even offer to look for it in the shelves. Luckily, the store manager found it on time before I boarded the plane. Second, I emailed twice about changes on my pickup date but received no response.

Staff at pick up did not know where order was, sent us back and forth across airport, then back to the first place we stopped only to find order there.
