    I bought the chocolate with discount. I know it will expire soon, but not expecting to be within 10 days. The website did not specify its date of expiry. I may not buy it if I know this beforehand.

    Horrible click and collect, the employee were clueless about my order, I almost missed my flight they wouldn’t give me my order and didn’t care to see my order confirmation. Since I wasn’t appearing on their IPad, I had to wait forever, the employee proceeded to unwrap every Jo Malone box ribbon to scan the bar code under the perfume itself. I Thought click and collect would be fast , but seems like the purpose is defeated since the employees wait for the customer to show up to start “scanning” the item to make a receipt (that should already be ready for pick up) very untrained employee, and had I know the employee would rip off the box ribbon to scan the item (which was easily available in store). I wasn’t able to replace the ribbon properly and my gift presentation suffered. Truly unprofessional service and incompetent.

    I ordered click and collect. The website was fine. Nothing special, and wasn't organised in a way that works well to scroll through items and brands I like, or look at items on promotion. I had to use search more as a result. When I came to collect, the order was sent to the wrong gates in terminal 2E. I had to wait an hour collect it. I also got an email after I put in my click and collect order for 10% off. The person at the till just said "that's over". I showed her the Welcome email, and she said it "wasn't for fragrance". I thought it was strange she didn't try to scan the QR code to be sure, but it seemed like she was determined to not give me the discount. When I got home, I checked and the offer was indeed valid for the alcohol and confections that I purchased. I left the interaction thinking extime just wants my quick sale, not my trust and fidelity. Now, I'll only shop at extime for price and price alone.

    Very well designed and user friendly website. Efficient employées in the airport to deliver the orders as well. I just miss Maison Francis Kurkdjian products online, which you have in the Airport.

    Spoke to a store colleague who wasn’t sure what to do so had to wait while he got his supervisor then we waited ages whilst he tried to work out how to use the phone device . It would have been quicker to pick the items from the shelves ourselves and purchase at the till

    It was easy to shop in advance with additional discount. The issue was none of the staff knew about the website and where the pickup point was. I asked 4 different staff where I could pickup but none of them were helpful at all.

    Using the click and collect option was a huge waste of time. What is the point? When I got there, I had to stand in line to talk to a checkout person who then directed me to three other people because no one knew how to fulfill this order. Finally a gentleman helped me but the iPad he was using wasn’t working. It saved me zero time and actually costed me about 20 minutes. I will say, everyone was very nice.

    Website experience is very good, the pickup experience from duty free store isn’t as it great as it used to be. Lack of available personnel makes long waiting queues. Don’t recommend for tight connecting flights schedule.
