Verified reviewThe intention behind the service is clear and commendable: making purchases more convenient, with a small discount and quick pickup. Overall, the experience was good. However, the Click & Collect process was a bit confusing, and I ended up waiting on the side for quite some time. In fact, it might have been quicker to go through the regular checkout line. That said, I would still use the service again.

Verified reviewAdd an explanation that the scotch as a carry on is not guaranteed to pass security. Can it be guaranteed by US TSA if it is still in the unopened plastic bag? I paid $140 and that would be a lot to loose. I gathered my bag in the USA before domestic connection and replaced the scotch in it. Luckily it did not get broken
