    It was simple BUT not clear about zone of departure (international or intra-EU) just at the start of booking. This information is not present in any before-payment sites. I recommend you to include this clear information. I'm paying attention just because of previous unavailability to visit paid Lounge in intra-EU zone

    Unfriendly staff (with the exception of the receptionist). Very limited seating for a family of 5. Lounge was clean and food plentiful but overall not good value for money.

    I paid €115 for a lounge ticket; however, upon arrival I was not informed that the lounge would be closing at 10 PM. This left me with less than two hours to rest, which was very disappointing. Had I known the lounge closed so early, I would not have purchased access in the first place. Additionally, the food available at that time consisted only of leftovers, with very limited options. This added further to the sense that the service did not meet the standard expected for the price paid. Not many seats in general, was very noisy.
