Verified reviewPros: Wide range of products available to be selected and paid in advance saving time. Cons: For 'Click and Collect' we should offer a longer opening time, maybe till 10pm specially for late night flight. This in my opinion is one of the reason someone use click and collect. With duty free shop closing at 9pm, we can order online and collect even after shop is closed.

Verified reviewI regretted I ordered the perfume online - it took about 15mins to have it delivered to the shop, and then there was some issue with the application and it took extra 15mins to have them solved. Disaster!

Verified review"On the internert collect & pickup" is horrible. I paid more than EUR 500 and products were not pickep up correctly. Two items were missed. When I wrote to after-service about this issue, the perosn gave me wrong answer not to my request. It wasted my time to write again and again.

Verified reviewNavigating - Good Customer Service - Not good. First, the product was delivered to the wrong Extime shop which would require me to take the shuttle in the airport to look for it. I was told that I will be paged once the product is brought to the right shop. Unfortunately, I was not and I have to go back twice to look for the product. The lady at the counter has no idea how to search for it. Did not even offer to look for it in the shelves. Luckily, the store manager found it on time before I boarded the plane. Second, I emailed twice about changes on my pickup date but received no response.

Staff at pick up did not know where order was, sent us back and forth across airport, then back to the first place we stopped only to find order there. If it isn't discounted, it's not worth it - no time saved.
