Verified reviewThis is my second purchase from the natural emerald company in both have been outstanding. Lauren was extremely helpful and selecting the stone and setting for both the ring I purchased and the pendant. Very flexible in terms of getting quotes and images. Both pieces are beautiful and while they are expensive, they seem reasonable compared to other sites I checked. I would recommend them completely.

Verified reviewI had a very enjoyable experience with the Natural Sapphire Company all the way from the UX/UI of the website to the customer service follow-through from Charlotte. I selected a pair of blue sapphire pear shaped earrings that were represented perfectly by the images and videos of the website. The Natural Sapphire Company has a website which is hands down the next best thing to actually seeing the stones and jewelry in person. I was also pleasantly surprised at the box that the earrings arrived in... talk about a showpiece in itself! Charlotte hand packed the earrings along with accompanying gem documentation in a very professional and secure FedEx mailer inside a box all requiring signature for delivery. Upon completion of order, Charlotte began assisting in a potential future selection of some emerald jewelry. Overall, I'd be quick to go back to the Natural Sapphire Company or any of its sister companies and recommend them to friends and family.

Verified reviewI am thoroughly impressed with the Natural Sapphire Company and their excellent customer service. Marie was so kind and patient throughout the entire process. I highly recommend viewing the sapphire in person and ordering a wax replica before making your purchase. I made the mistake of not doing either, and I was not happy with the color or setting of the first ring. The colors are not entirely accurate online, however it is very difficult to capture accurate color via photo/video. Seeing in person is a must if you are particular about color like myself. But in the end, Marie helped me find my perfect sapphire and I cannot be happier. She was great to work with. Thank you, Marie!

She even managed to get my ring to me in time for our engagement announcement to our friends, despite the relatively short notice. I love the free mock up feature where you can see how specific settings and stones will look together before committing to your dream ring. I have to say, the stone is even more beautiful in real life than it was online. Can't stop staring at my hand...

Verified reviewA wonderful experience with Katherine from The Natural Sapphire Company. We went and viewed the sapphires we were interested in, in August. It was amazing to see them in person and to compare them. It really helped make the decision process easier. Once we chose a stone they put it on hold for a week so we could really be sure that was the one. This was perfect because I was unsure what setting I wanted so it gave me time to browse. Once the week was up we purchased and the ring came so fast. I believe it was done in less than 3 weeks!! I am so happy to have my ring. Thank you!
