  Great products, online order process not so great. I placed an order during the Canadian May long weekend because of a sale. Items showed available for the color and size I selected. Placed the order and waited, and waited, and waited and no updates. I contacted customer service to find out my order was cancelled and I had no idea - no notice, my account still shows the order as "being processed". I placed another order and as expected Lacoste didn't honour the sale price. The second order came through but at a higher cost and without one of the items that is no longer in stock.

  definitely but courier doesnt knock or buzz and just lets us collect from the post- defeats the purpose of home delivery really. Lacoste shld have their own courier service. Delivery persons just cause more stress than help!

  I have had a horrible experience. I purchased the item in store and it was delivered to my home. After seeing the actual jacket it was not as depicted on the web site. I returned to the store and they said I have to return it to the warehouse. After doing so I received a message saying I would be refunded within 5 days. Two weeks later I am still waiting.
