  My order placed on August 26th has not yet been received. The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. Their process of asking you to reply to emails is flawed, as every attempt to respond results in a delivery error. This makes effective communication nearly impossible. I am very disappointed and will be escalating my complaint to my credit card company

  After wearing the shoes for less than a week, the interior has already become full of fuzz, which reflects extremely poor quality. This is highly disappointing, especially considering the reputation of the Lacoste brand. I never expected such substandard quality from Lacoste, and this experience has left me very dissatisfied.
