  Deliveries are fast, quality of the products is very good, but the website doesnt work at all on some internet browser (cannot add item to cart). Moreover it has been two weeks and I still haven't received the refund I have requested, so I will need to contact support most likely.

  The shipping was slow, but given our current circumstances, understandable. I did buy another item from a store- curb-side pick up, as I was getting nervous with how long the delivery was taking. The in store representative was so attentive over the phone, even offered to exchange emails with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted! Awesome customer service- thank you Manda at Lacoste Sherway Gardens, your rock! Lacoste, you now have a forever customer.
