  I worked with Mimi and she was very patient with me and helpful. I had different watches that had belonged to my Mother that I wanted to give as gifts. My Mom's wrist was tiny, consequently she had all the spare links removed from all three watches. All of the watches had different size bands, with different size links. Mimi worked with me to make sure I had the correct number of links in for each watch, which, was different for each watch. I am very pleased with all of her help! Thank you Mimi!

  No telephone contact in Europe.... It took a long time to find the procedure for returning the clock for repair. An improvement is urgently needed in the after-sales service, especially since you mention “La Chaux-de-Fond” loud and clear... The watch came back repaired but not working. Thank you

  Sent my gevril Roosevelt for repair under warranty. It cost me approx £70 postage. It is claimed to be Swiss made yet I had to send to Italy for repair as it would consistently stop working.it was returned to me after several months saying it is working fine. I wound it and set it accordingly after a few days of wearing the watch it stopped. Set it again and it stopped again after a few hours. It now will not run for more than seconds without stopping which is exactly how it was before before I sent it for repair. It also came back to me with a broken bracelet pin. Needless to to say I have absolutely no faith or confidence with gevril. I now propose to take the watch to a local jeweler to find the problem and repair it properly.

  I ordered 2 watch straps for my watch. I entered the model number of my watch to verify the right size before placing my order. They are too large! After waiting 2 weeks for the straps to arrive, I am expected to spend $10 to send them back for a refund...and am still unable to wear my watch I'm the meantime.

  Bad customer service I expected better from them due to the brand of the watch I purchased the band when I got the confirmation it stated 5-7 days lead time little did i know the color I chose was not available but I never heard from any Representive telling me it was not available a month went by I starting getting worry if I ever will get me band I emailed them stating I will give them about two days to get a response regarding availability 2-5 later it got a replied which took longer than what I requested and I was told the style band I chose was not available I if it was possible to ship a different color I was totally disappointed because I was left without a choice to choose the style I liked so I decided to take what I was offered I owned about 5-6 Gervil Watches but I will definitely won’t buy anymore due to the lack of customer service.

  I ordered a watch band and clasp, it was supposed to arrive on the 20th, it’s the evening of the twenty third and I still have not received my order even though I paid extra for a speedy delivery. I have left several voice messages and tried contacting your support team via your website. So far I have not been contacted by any one in your company. This order is to be a gift for someone that has several of your watches. I have to leave the country in a week it would be nice if I could bring the gift with me to give to my friend. I don’t understand how you can stay in business with an almost non existent customer service.

  In the past my order was much more timely, because I spoke to a 'live' person. With the only options leaving a voice mail, or email, (I chose the later) you have to wait to get an initial response , and if you have a question (I did) you have to wait for a further response. In my case it was a three day event to get my order placed. The option of a 'chat' would be an improvement. Mimi Bick was my sales person and she was very helpful, however, it would have been useful to have been in direct contact with her., via perhaps a 'chat' through text messaging. . Also, it would be useful to have a catalog of products available for sale/ ordering. I only needed a replacement strap and was unaware of the variety of choices I could make and only had access to the link for the one I chose thru Mimi. Seeing other options would be helpful.

  I finally received the item I needed, after attempting for almost a month to contact the retailer and Gevril. Then after I finally made contact, placed my order, and paid. It took more than a week for them to even put the rubber watch band in the mail, to be shipped. Not leather or a custom made strap, but a rubber one. Seems to me they would have had it in inventory. And if not, let me know when I ordered it, there would be a delay. I cannot honestly recommend this business, nor the retailer I purchased the item from. The items themselves are nice and well built. But the customer service is severely lacking.

  It was very hard to get a responce to my help request, in fact after leaving four request tickets i did not get an answer. After about three phone calls someone called back. Not to impressive for the valued product. Big on name short on service. Once i talked to someone things went better, but 2 weeks out and still no order.

  I tried to purchase a new leather strap for my Johan Eric watch in October of 2022. There was no response until April 2023 after a repeated attempt to replace the strap. When I finally received it in April, the strap buckle was silver color even though I had sent a picture of my watch which is gold color. I tried to exchange the strap but was told to just swap the buckle from my old watch. You can't really do that since it's glued. So I now have a $44.00 strap I can not use.

  I needed a replacement bracelet for a very early model Gevril watch and reached out for help in finding the best match for my particular watch (first generation). The representative that responded to my request was Miriam and she was a great help. She found the correct stainless bracelet for my watch and also helped me with a leather band as well. She was professional, efficient and patient. I’m very pleased.

  Gevril have been amazing to deal with , I found the website very easy to navigate & the delivery exceeded expectations. My wife was thrilled with her watch for Valentine’s Day.   I tired calling at first, but no one ever called back. Emailed next, was fairly quick to respond, service was very easy, she had already put the parts I needed in the cart. Price was reasonable, when I got the package in, was in a very nice case and a sticker on the bag reminding to use locktite. I was quiet pleased

  I had to request help to order a replacement band. Band was $200, which is expensive when you consider that the first one broke within a week. It took them 5 days from creating the label to shipping it. Poor experiences all around. At one point it took 5 days to get a response email.

  It took quite a while for me to connect with them as they never responded to multiple emails and voicemails. After multiple attempts I finally connected with someone for a notched replacement band for my Florence. The original band was either dry rot or defective as it broke within six months after receipt. I ordered two bands and am happy with the red and blue leather bands that arrived within a few days.

  The customer service rep went above and beyond to help me with my order. Very few companies have people that actually will go out of their way to investigate and help solve a problem. Especially since I caused it. I have the Columbus circle pen and it’s my pride and joy. The tip of the pen came off and nowhere to be found. I was devastated because it has a huge sentimental value! Mimi went out of her way to help me find a solution and I will forever be grateful for her kindness.   I saw the brand at a well known retailer and went out to the website to research. Website is easily navigated and useful. I sent in two emails with questions and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call the following day from customer service. They answered my questions to include allowing me to piggyback on a special that had recently expired within the last day or two. I received my watch 2nd day as promised. Very pleased with watch.
