  Poor 1 star rating. I entered a different shipping address to the billing address which all looked fine. The order was then shipped to the billing address despite my messaging 3 times to point out the error. Poor poor customer service.

  I tried on both pairs of these shoes when I was in Paris a few weeks ago. I didn't have enough luggage space to take them home with me but I was able to order them once I got home. The ordering process is always easy, and the shipping is reliable and quick.

  I found no name trainers accidentally on a different retailer website in 2019. Bought my first pair of trainers (still wear them with love). After 2020 no name footwear disappeared from UK market and I had to look for the brand elsewhere. I found noname.fr website (original seller of no name). Website design aligns with footwear design. I like their motto and vision which is inspiring. I like their transparency, consideration of environment, historical description of the company. No name change their collection regularly. Hence if you bought footwear last year, most likely you would not find the same shoes the next year. This is amazing because you can own something unique and distinctive. Love it
