  This site is a fantastic place to shop for quality, beautifully crafted jewelry—especially for someone new to buying fine pieces like me! The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and well-organized, with all the information I needed clearly available. The prices were amazing, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the quality of my purchase. Shipping was prompt, and although it took a little time for my order to be ready, I appreciated knowing it was being made with careful attention and craftsmanship. My only hope is that if the ring size I selected doesn’t fit, dellafora will be able to offer a quick and fair exchange. I’d definitely shop here again!

Special appreciation to customer service: I accidentally ordered wrong item, but realized my mistake and was trying to get in contact with them, at first I was disappointed that there was no number I can call, only email. But they answered quick, and got my mistake resolved! Also I asked them not to ship ring with FedEx but instead send it via usps and they did! The whole experience was just great!

  The ring we purchased is absolutely top notch quality. Beautifully made. We chose a rose gold heavy comfort fit band and it is not only heavy solid gold, but extremely comfortable on. The colour is gorgeous, too. And at half the price of other stores. Would 100% recommend Dellafora.

  The site offers an excellent custom selection, and I have no issues with the quality. Their customer service is also impressive. I ordered two bands, one of which I mistakenly ordered in the wrong style. When I emailed them with my order number and informed them of the mistake the next day, they got back to me within 15 minutes with an invoice for the difference in price and updated my order. I got the correct ring, and it is exactly what I wanted. As a side note, their pricing is also very reasonable compared to a lot of other sites.

  I ordered 2 rings- however got three confirmation emails 2 of the 3 emails sent did not confirm the inscription - leaving me confused. I paid for expedited shipping on 2 separate orders to the same address and individual- would have been nice if they sent together and refunded me the $30 extra dollars. Rings feel fairly flimsy and inscription is basic block text no other option available.

My old ring was 25 years old and quite heavy compared to anything I could find in a store because they just don't make them as thick as they used too. I searched everywhere and the only place I found one that even looked close was on Dellafora. I took a chance and ordered from them. I received the ring and it is almost exactly the same as my old ring. I think it is even better. I couldn't be happier with the ring. Fits and feels perfect. And, it was at least a thousand dollars cheaper than I could have gotten it at any local jeweler. I will definitely order from them again.
