  Everything with this purchase was great. As someone who always uses reviews to decide whether to purchase or not, I wanted to be sure to leave a review. I couldn’t be happier with the two rings I purchased. The quality is fantastic and the shipping was super quick and had no issues. I probably will be ordering another ring or two from them in the future.

  My fiancé loved his ring; it was precisely what he had been looking for. What I will say about Dellaflora is that its customer service has been top-notch, and for me, that is very important in a company. I highly recommend them, and if they could design a notched wedding band for me, I would also purchase mine from them.

  Dellafora was a seamless process, delivered a beautiful ring/product, and the process was easy and everything went smoothly. The Research: I researched Dellafora thoroughly before purchasing. Why? I am not very trusting in general of organizations that advertise heavily on Social Media so was wary of engaging fully until the research was done. I was even more skeptical when I started pricing the ring I wanted and saw how reasonable their pricing was. I also found out a friend of ours had used Dellafora and was very pleased so that started to change my skepticism. After thoroughly researching, we decided to give it a shot. Our Purchase: I was looking for a size 12 Platinum Man's Wedding Ring. I wanted a 1.4-1.60 in thickness, a simple band with edge design and a brushed face to minimize scratches. Dellafora had exactly what we were looking for. We personalized it with a message and out original Wedding Date engraved on the inside. Delivery: The ring was completed and delivered in a timely manner in accordance with their estimation. It required a signature of receipt due to value and was delivered on the scheduled day/date. Satisfaction: Now for the real feedback. The ring is absolutely gorgeous. It literally could not be more perfect. The size and fit was exact, the finish is as displayed and color/quality is flawless. I am completely satisfied; the price was unbeatable, less than half of what the local Jeweler wanted to charge. Summary: I would recommend Dellafora to anyone looking. High quality, great prices and on schedule. Recommenation: My only recommendation is to package the jewelry in a nicer box, include a value appraisal and a nice thank you letter.

  The customer support was very good throughout the ordering process for me. They answered all of my questions promptly as I was considering what to buy. Upon my first order, I inadvertently clicked order on the wrong order option. I caught that mistake and contacted them right away. The whole matter was corrected in just a few minutes without a hitch .I should mention that the wedding band replacement that I received looks very good.

  Ordered 2 wedding bands in platinum to celebrate 35 wedding anniversary. The comfort bands we received were absolutely beautiful, high quality at an extremely reasonable price. The bands needed to be exchanged for a quarter size change. Dellafora expedited the process and within 2 weeks received the replacements. We cant’t say enough about the quality and the service. You will not regret your purchase!

  A very good company, rings are very well finished and polished. And standard weight rings are quite heavy for me. Ordered 2 and happy with them. Both platinum so can’t talk of other metals. But definitely good purchase as compared to other local jewelers.

  I made an order online received the order immediately with 5 days. Replaced a lost wedding band. The only thing is that it was lighter in weight than I expected but looks exactly like the one I lost plus engraving was free and the price was great in comparison to many other vendors.

  The website made it very easy to place my order and determine the correct ring size. The ring came much quicker than I expected and was delivered in a beautiful jewelry box (just like I had purchased it from the local jeweler but at a fraction of the cost!).   This was my first time to order. The wedding band was delivered in time, well packaged, and was exactly what I ordered, size was perfect. However, no fault of Delafora it did not look the best with my engagement ring. I returned the ring free of charge for shipping return and money was refunded including outbound shipping cost.   The ring is fine, sizing seems a little off, but not enough to return/exchange. Price was good. They lost stars (and my future business) due to the fact that they ship without requiring a signature for delivery! Other reputable online jewelers send with UPS and require signature, so that expensive jewelry is not left if you're not at home, where others can steal it

  The website was fairly easy to navigate to find exactly what we were looking for. The description of the items were straight forward to understand what you would be receiving. We really liked that there was an option for engraving on the inside of the ring as well. Shipping was within the 5-7 day estimate. The ring came packaged very well and inside a ring box. I was impressed with the quality and shine of the ring. The engraving was also easy to read and added a nice customization touch. The ring also came true to the size we selected. Overall we had a great experience with Dellafora and I would recommend them to everyone.

  I ordered a platinum wedding band in a larger size since my original band is too small to fit my finger, and the process was fairly straightforward and easy. I wanted it to be engraved like my original wedding band was, but there was no information on the Web site about what font is used for the engraving or whether there is any choice on the font. I emailed customer service and they responded promptly. Unfortunately they did not have the font that I wanted, but told me the closest one that they had, so I emailed customer service after my order was placed to request the font change for my order, which customer service confirmed. The ring was shipped in a timely manner and looked good in general. The only issue is that I wish the font size was larger. There was sufficient room for a larger font but they used a small one so the text is very hard to read.

  The customer service with this company is AMAZING. I was really hesitant to buy my wife a ring from an online site because I wasn’t able to size it in person. I couldn’t find what she wanted at any local store so I decided to give it a chance. I measured the size of my wife’s other ring that fit and spent weeks checking it again and again before I ordered. Unfortunately, the ring ended up being too big and I was nervous contacting them for a resizing. I had nothing to fear. They were so kind and they even covered the shipping cost to send it back. The ring still didn’t fit the second time and they were once again happy to help! With the second resizing there was a mixup with FedEx and they sent the ring back to Dellafora. I contacted them and they sent it back to me again! It ended up being four shipments to me as well as two shipments back and they covered all of it. After the second resizing it fit perfectly and my wife couldn’t be happier with it. I don’t know much about jewelry so I can’t knowledgeably compliment the ring but it does look nice lol. I can say without a doubt that if you’re worried as I was about buying a ring from an online company because of sizing issues, this company has beyond excellent customer service and you should not hesitate to purchase from them. I greatly appreciate their service and would be confident to buy from them in the future!

  They have the BEST customer service of maybe any company I have ever dealt with. Very quick responses to emails. They gave me free expedited shipping TWICE after I realized it may have taken too long otherwise. They also handled a resizing for me very swiftly. And of course the product is great too!

  I rarely write reviews but thought that I should in this case. I ordered a wedding band from Dellafora. It was lovely, but it didn't work with my engagement ring. I reached out to them and they allowed me to return it without a hassle, even sending me a return label free of charge. They refunded me my money within days. Too bad the ring didn't work out but next time I need a ring, I'll be using Dellafora again. Good quality rings and great customer service!
