  Thank you for sending asap my Boston sneakers after the first order was lost. My package arrived in the USA 2 days after the order was made. My communication with Patricia was very friendly and efficient and my previous communications with Natural World has been excellent. Unfortunately, the package is still in the FEDEX facility and I'm working on getting it delivered. This has nothing to do with Natural World. In the future if I may recommend that for the USA, you mention up front, that you cannot accept a P.O.Box address. I think this was the problem. Otherwise 5 stars.

  Great experience and love, love the products!! One thing I'd suggest is letting customers in Canada know that there will be additional tariffs and duties payable before the package will clear customs. I had to pay an additional C$80 to get it cleared, and had not been aware of this. Otherwise, all was great.

  I had been waiting a long time for these shoes to be available for shipping to Canada again. I had had a pair about 8 years ago and loved them. I am happy that they arrived decently fast and the price was not too high. I wish that I didn't have to pay the extra import charge but getting the shoes was worth it. Saving up for another pair already and my wife is considering ordering a pair as well.

  Been buying these shoes since 2018. Love the shoes and love that this company now ships to Canada, however, when they were available for purchase in stores here, they were much cheaper. The price literally doubled. Aside from that, my order arrived in 5 days nicely wrapped and in perfect condition. Minus one star only because of the price increase.

  Unfortunately didn't have a good experience this time around. I bought my first pair of sandals 2 years ago and loved them. Would be able to walk with them for hours. This time noticed that quality has decreased a lot. I've got blisters on my feet from the rubber in between my toes. On top of that had to pay a crazy amount for customs of which I was not aware of. Honestly very disappointed.

  I was sent the wrong item. I ordered Clavel but received Miso. I contacted NaturalWorld Shoes about the mistake. I was asked to send a picture of what I received which I did. I did not hear back from the store afterwards. I have sent 3 additional emails asking for answers, but nobody bothered to reply. I was ignored. My experience was horrible, your customer support is either lazy or incompetent.

  The shoes I wanted were originally out of stock. I signed up to be notified when in stock, which they did. I ordered the shoes and they arrived all the way from Spain in a matter of days.   The Natural World website is easy to navigate and the purchase process was simple. Shipping is surprisingly quick for a shop not in the U.S. (where I'm located). If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be the ability for consumers to be able request notifications when out of stock items/sizes are back in stock.

  A little disappointed that I had to pay for my own shipping internationally (which was so expensive I did not do it) when the shoes I ordered were too big. So, I kept the shoes and reordered another pair in a smaller size. Now I have a perfectly good pair that are too big, and I am not able to get a refund. I had bought my original pair on a trip to Europe and liked the shoes, the fit and everything that the company stands for. The shoe size on that purchase is what I based my shoe order on, but I guess because they were a different style, the shoe size was different. I will not order any other shoes (unless I ever want the same ones I bought in Europe,. and I know what size fits in that style). Any more shoe purchases from Natural World shoes will be if I am in Europe again (or if I can find them in the states).

  Shoes were as described, size was as described, fast delivery considering it came into US from Spain. Transaction was smooth with no hiccups. Love these shoes because the material smells like fruit and they keep foot odor to a minimum when worn barefoot. Better than Toms. The sole is low profile with no arch which promotes natural walking posture and aides in body posture. The shoe is pliable which gives the foot freedom to move and bend in a natural way. You will feel everything under your foot, allowing for a natural walking experience while protecting you from cuts and germs. Inside the shoe there are no hard folds or uncomfortable edges. The fabric does not cause blisters because it is soft. The shoe laces are short and wont hang awkwardly when tied. Prices are perfect for american economy. (better in Spain of course, 30 Euro a pair, 60 Dollars in US.) Similar shoes are way more expensive in our market. Pricing is balanced just right. All around I love this company and their shoes.

  The pair of Old Trebol I got were too small, and also seemed too heavy. But unfortunately I read too late on the website that Natural World doesn't help pay for return shipping. Since I live in the United States, I would have had to spend so much on shipping that it wasn't worth doing. I will donate the shoes. Natural World should make their return policy more visible on their website.

  I love these shoes! I am located in the US, I found them in Italy and was so sad when I found out they are located on Spain. HOWEVER! An employer of mine decided she wanted me to where them for a dance film and decided to place an order. We couldn't believe when they showed up in about a week with free shipping. Since then I've personally placed 2 more orders and don't doubt I will order again. Great shoes, great company!

  Very happy indeed with the friendly, helpful, personal and responsive service. Also pleased with the timely shipment. The"Old Apricot" style ballerina slip-ons I ordered are pretty and comfortable and attract a lot of comments -- "Where did you get those?" I only wish the Natural World Eco reintroduced more of the same, as most of the colors are no longer available in my size (a standard EU 39).

  The sizing information on the website is inaccurate. Size 43 was too large for me, in all but the Old Gazelle shoe. I see that returns must be paid by the customer, and the shipping fees to Spain are prohibitive. The only reason I gave three stars instead of two, is because I admire the product this company produces, and I will partially reorder in size 42.

  the website has conflicting and inaccurate sizing information. one advice is: "We recommend you to remove the insole of one of your comfortable shoes and then measure this length to compare with the table." the other advice is: "Measure the lenght of your foot and compare it with our tables." i followed both advice. i measured an insole of a comfortable shoe and measured my foot. both measurements came to the same size, which was 28.26 cm. the closest matching size greater than 28.26 cm is size 43, which is 28.4 cm. i ordered that size, and it arrived promptly. unfortunately the shoe does not fit. it is not close to the correct size. it is so much smaller than it should be that even one size larger may not be large enough. i am referring to the length measurement, not the width. i considered returning them and buying a larger size. the company website says for returns: "Customers should ship the shoes back to us under their own costs." the return is supposed to be sent to spain. the price of shipping the item to spain is 60 USD with USPS or 195 USD with UPS. given the price of the shoes is 70 USD, there is not much purpose to returning them. i do not mind paying a reasonable amount to return them if i made a mistake. however, the mistake is clearly with the company for their incorrect sizing information. therefore they should pay the return. my advice to anyone buying from this company: do not trust their sizing information. if you are not certain what size shoe to order, check the price to return the shoe before ordering. depending on where you live, the price to return the shoe may be too much.
