  They suckered me in by not having exact sizes for US and then when I did order the wrong size, they knew I couldn't ship them back to Spain at the cost. They don't care about their customers. Only the$$$. I sold them online for more than I bought them. Who's loss?

  I bought my first pair from Puglia, Italy 2.5 years ago. I wore it ever since! Unfortunately got some rips from the side on both shoe now. I ordered another one and I know these are the shoes that I will keep ordering. I love how they fit and comfortable they are. And if they could last more years even better!

  Site was easy to navigate and find the product I wanted. They shipped product quickly with a good tracking number to get updates on status and it arrived fairly quickly. Looking forward to my next purchase. I bought the old trebol espadrille and luckily I had purchased a pair before in Spain so I knew to size down because if not they would be too loose. I would normally wear a 44 but purchased a 43 which fits snug but it’s perfect since this is a fabric shoe and it stretches over time. These are like wearing a sock with a sole so you don’t need the usual half inch of toe room, and even sized down the back almost wants to slide out so I’m happy with one size smaller.

  I think that the customer service could be much better. I asked for help for returning one of the pair of shoes and after two emails I was just told to continue looking out myself... I will not order anymore any product online.

  I ordered my first pair of natural world shoes from a US company. I think they may be the most attractively comfortable shoes I ever owned so I wanted more. The only seller I could find on line was natural world in Spain. That was a little worrisome but it shouldn’t have been. Shoes arrived faster than some US shippers with no tariff problems for me. Now I own 2 pair of the most comfortable and eco-responsible shoes in the world and I”m getting ready to order another in one of the Brazillion colors they sell.

  Love these - great quality, color was as pictured (I got the green - "old blossom", I think), and surprisingly fast shipping to the states. I usually wear an 8.5-9, and I ordered a 40 according to the size chart. I probably could ha e gone down a size, but swapping the insoles for something thicker has helped snug up the fit. Overall very happy with my sneaks and may purchase again in a different style/color.

  Shoes arrived not advertised - major discoloration, staining. Took forever to get customer service to respond - almost a month of follow-ups requested. Company would not supply the return to refund despite our immense dissatisfaction with the order. I would not order again based on this experience.

  I love Natural World shoes...they are durable, stylish. Unfortunately, I purchased two pairs this round...one did not fit. But because there is no option to return, the cost to send back the shoes to Spain was double what I paid for the shoes. So, while I do love the product, I won't order directly from the company via the web next time around. I will see if I can purchase them through a retailer.

  Everything was great. Ordering was fine and I love the shoes. The reason for four stars and not five is the return policy. If returns were not so expensive I would order more shoes. I already knew the ones I wanted because I had bought a pair in a store and needed a new pair. in a different color. But now I really like the look of the sandals but I am afraid to get them in case they do not fit properly. Otherwise I would have given five stars.

  I bought my last shoes (Old Lavanda) in Europe, a few years ago, when I lived there. I felt in love with them, my preferred walking shoes during summer. I received lots of compliments. But I’m really worried about they’re getting old, after a long time wearing them. And the natural material really is style so far, sa glad for that.   It is certainly not what I expected from the image. The upright toe section as shown on the image is not identical. It is not upwards pointing or upright as shown. It actually flat. It is important that shoe companies that sell online have an accurate representation of their shoes in images. However, the shipping was fast and the quality of the shoe is good. Just not sure what to do with is as it doesn't fulfill my original 'need'. Would I have bought it if I saw it in a store? NO. Yet is it a well-made shoe.

  Natural World Eco went overboard getting the first pair of shoes to me.......this is my 3rd pair of Natural World shoes....I pretty much live in them now. My whole body feels better when I wear them...feet relaxed, spine straight...energized And the colors are wonderful.

  First of all, I think it's great that you are now offering your wonderful shoes in this country!! I have been trying to order them in the past to no avail, so thank you. The shoes are great but your website ordering is just a tiny bit clunky. Small criticism but wanted to include that. For example, I continually tried to apply the discount offered online when I ordered but when I went to check out it kept dropping it out. I finally gave up and just ordered the shoes full price. It wasn't a big deal and didn't keep me from ordering but a little bit frustrating. I also find your system of saving what is in my shopping cart in an email just a little clunky. I sort of like to shop and keep things in my cart on the website so I can come back to them. I understand why you do this but it took a little getting used to. Other than that it's all thumbs up and I love my new shoes in all the colors I couldn't get in the past. Joe

  I love the style and look of the shoe. My problem has been the fit. I am wearing them around the house to see what happens. The size I ordered was a 38. The right foot is tight and my if toe is right to the end but it still slips off the heel when I walk. The left foot is really lose and obviously slipping a lot. I took the insole out and stuffed the left one gradually with tissue. It is better but still I decisive about keeping them.

  Shoes are great - fit and style just as expected. The site navigation is good - no problem. The one issue that can be improved is the payment/shipping. The site should be adjusted to accommodate American buyers, perhaps with a button instructing the site that the shipping address will be in an American format. The default format is European, as one would expect, but that can cause some confusion for American users, as the address comes out in a format that is difficulet. My order came addressed to: Jane Doe Big Street 123 New York, New York City 12345-1234 I think the zip saved it. other than that, a great site and product - I'll buy again.

  Shoes are perfect but the postage always a long story. made an order twice and both time it take about a month to be delivered. One more detail - shoes size are smaller than actual one so take one size bigger than your usual.
