Since several months, I pursued an idea which became stronger and stronger. I wanted to surprise my wife with a pendant of a blue stone. It would have to be the blue of a not too intense or dark sapphire which has a nice brilliance. I knew that my wife would prefer to have a single sapphire without any diamonds or other surrounding stones. It would have been an option to choose the most minimalistic design, by just presenting the stone in the simplest scaffold. On the other hand, I always feared a bit that especially stones with larger depth could easily turn. To prevent this and also to give to the pendant a bit more size, I thought it would be nice to have a light floral design of simplified petals surrounding a round or oval sapphire. It was not easy to find a reliable source of blue sapphires with a large choice to identify the perfect stone for my idea. I was initially not expecting to find anywhere an uncomplicated solution, to generate a pendant just at the same place where purchasing the stone. I assumed this would only work in 2 independent steps, to have a perfect stone and a customized design of good quality. However, with The Natural Sapphire Company I found exactly such a setting. The vast variety of exceptionally well-documented stones is really compelling. And it was especially thanks to Lauren Kelly-Nelson that I dared to realize this idea. Lauren did a great job in elaborating my raw idea and translating it with highest professionalism and sensitivity into a beautiful unique design. It was such a nice experience to exchange with her and feel from the first conversation on that “the project” was in good hands. I am really grateful also for her patience in tolerating my extra-wishes and allowing me time to consider back and forth some details of the design. The virtual models which she created were really impressive and supported me a lot in gaining further confidence that we were exactly on the right way. The result is overwhelming. Thank you, Lauren, for creating this special piece!

I received my lavender sapphire today and had to share that I am absolutely thrilled w this stone. The pictures and videos captured the cut, color & shape perfectly! What the website didn't reflect were the stone’s icy glistening sparkles and they are just glorious! Such a great selection to choose from too.. I will be back💯

I'm the kind of guy who does a lot of research into a product before buying. Often times I will second guess my decisions because I've over analyzed. What makes this worse is that my significant other is particular about her fashion and jewelry. I was really shook up when I heard my gfs close friend tell her that she didn't like her engagement ring but did not have the heart to tell her fiance. She helped me pick out a beautiful simple gold band and arranged it so that we could exchange the band if my gf wanted after I proposed. In regards to service she was top notch. She responded very quickly to all my questions via phone or email. I know she is on east coast time and on a couple of occasions she worked well past business hours to assist me. That's what you call true white glove service. Katherine was so helpful, promptly responding to my question about the diameter of the earring posts and shepherding my order through.
