Incredible service! So many beautiful genuine gems to choose from. Their website allows you to view and zoom in on each gem which really makes the shopping process fun from home. My girlfriend absolutely loved getting to pick out her emerald and ring setting. When we got the ring just a few weeks later it was so stunning that we couldn't stop staring at it. I would recommend this place 10 out 10 times!

Kudos to Katherine and the design team at The Natural Emerald Company. Over the past 18 months, I worked with Katherine on two separate pieces of jewelry, but they were, for the most part, pretty standard pieces. Each came out great and my wife was extremely pleased with each, especially the ruby ring. I sent Katherine a picture of an emerald ring that my wife owns and loves. I wanted to come up with a slider to match the ring for her gold omega necklace. Katherine and her team had to design a custom slider. They nailed the design. In fact, she sent out two separate wax pieces to ensure the opening of the slider would fit over the clasp and match the emerald ring. The first was mold was too small. So glad they created the molds. How's that for customer service and attention to the details?? You would think that the ring and slider were designed by the same person at the same time. What a match!! On a side note, who's needs a Tiffany gift box when the gift boxes that The Natural Emerald Company uses blow away a Tiffany box, especially the box with a window to view the slider I bought. Awesome box!! It is rich looking with weight to it. Yes, I will continue to purchase jewelry from Katherine for my wife. I thoroughly enjoy working with her. The Natural Sapphire Company is a wonderful option to finding a stone that’s truly unique to person whose most unique to you. Let’s begin by saying that the service of Katherine Hoyt made my fiances ring dream come true. Katherine displayed true empathy and absolute trust in the process of my attaining our desired stone. The site itself can take some getting used to especially if you're building a ring but you get used to it. Not only does the site produce videos that accurately demonstrate the stones depths which made it easy for my fiance to find a stone to fall in love with, the stone itself is one of kind. We went to several jewelers to look at similar types and they did not compare in color or the Wow factor. This one feels like it was meant for her. The packaging and paperwork that the stone comes with is elite, gorgeous, and looks premium. It feels funny saying that because you'd expect it given what your spending but it should not be overlooked in the detail in a world that seems to be moving in a direction of cheaper, faster, and less quality. I leveraged Synchrony during my purchasing process to alleviate some of the upfront debt - make sure you work with your salesperson to use the account balance before you receive your card because it will take a while. My salesperson was gracious enough to hold my stone from being sold while I was approved. Again, your salesperson is the person you want to build the relationship with. Unless you're a baller and can just buy jewelry like a rap star in which case more power to you. Good luck on your journey and thanks to Katherine Hoyt for making mine complete.

I had an excellent experience buying a custom made engagement ring from The Natural Sapphire Company, from start to finish. The website is comprehensive and easy to navigate; there are many options for search filters, and lots of stones and settings to choose from. The images provided are clear and accurate. From the moment I decided to purchase from this company I have had fantastic customer service. Despite being in different time zones, Ashley provided timely and detailed email replies and catered to my every request during our collaboration on my ring design. I received exactly the information I needed, including additional images of the actual stone and rendering designs. The international payment process was quick and easy to understand, with all costs disclosed upfront. I found the website FAQ page very reassuring during this stage. All shipments from the company arrived quickly and were packed beautifully. When I received my ring I was very impressed with the presentation package, which was very professional and detailed. And, of course, my ring is even more beautiful than I had imagined. It was accurate to the images and renders, and looks very well made. My journey and process of acquiring a natural sapphire ring from your company was most helpful, and an enjoyable experience. The company is very easy to navigate and has a great selection of sapphires, with multiple certification and information readily shared. The process of allowing buyers to create a sample ring in virtual (model) environment, and sharing via email, was extremely helpful, and helped in decision making. My main contact was Lauren Kelly-Nelson, who was most patient, gracious, and never put any pressure, while helping with all my requests. On receipt of the parcel, the nature of delivery (white glove standards) was quite exquisite, and the ring itself as promised. I rate this business as a 5 star company for their quality of service, and customer relations.

I looked through their collection of already existing engagement ring designs and their were quite a few that were close but not exactly what I wanted. Katherine was an excellent help in steering me toward rings closer to what I was looking for, and I was able to narrow it down to two designs I really liked. In all honesty , the natural sapphire company has in my opinion the highest online quality that I have ever seen in any other gemstone retailer. Would give 10 stars if possible. Flawless and fun experience from start to finish. I bought a 2 carat Padparadscha sapphire and the stone is absolutely stunning. The setting is lovely and shows it to perfection. Yes, it is expensive, but you are buying precious gemstones, so that is to be expected. I scoured the internet and you will not find better selection, service, quality, or value anywhere else. Lauren was responsive, enthusiastic, and patient with my (many) requests for extra photos, videos, etc. she also gave me her honest assessment about how the stone looked in person, which turned out to be 100 percent accurate and which I truly appreciate.

Customer service has been helpful. Remember to ask for GIA certificate, stone in different lightings, band width etc. before setting the stone in the ring. A wonderful experience with Katherine from The Natural Sapphire Company. We went and viewed the sapphires we were interested in, in August. It was amazing to see them in person and to compare them. It really helped make the decision process easier. Once we chose a stone they put it on hold for a week so we could really be sure that was the one. This was perfect because I was unsure what setting I wanted so it gave me time to browse. Once the week was up we purchased and the ring came so fast. I believe it was done in less than 3 weeks!! Searching for engagement rings is exhausting, honestly. There are so many options. TNSC had hands down one of the easiest, most customer friendly, sites I came across. When I found the PERFECT oval bicolor sapphire I knew I had found the stone. Imagining that in the simple east to west setting I knew I wanted was easy with the 3D renderings. Ashley R was a huge help every step of the way and genuinely wanted to make sure that our experience was spectacular. The ring is even better in person. A complimentary resize, due to my own sizing error, was extremely easy to request and submit for. The turn around time was much faster than expected. The Natural Sapphire Company maintains an easy to navigate website with an extensive educational library, a precision browsing filter, close-up photos and videos of the actual gems and an all-inclusive gem data page. They offer a huge selection of high-quality sapphires that are competitively priced against comparable gems available from other online sellers. I did not require customer service support and I was not inundated with offers of assistance. However, I was immediately contacted for security purposes to validate the legitimacy of my purchase request. I also received lovely welcome and thank you e-mails from Marie Manathunga. The sapphire arrived 3 days after purchase and it was insured with a signature required. A professionally, well put together data and certificate portfolio was included and the gem was delivered in a smart looking display case. The sapphire is absolutely gorgeous in its sparkly brilliance and depth of color. I highly recommend The Natural Sapphire Company and look forward to shopping their other sites for a ruby and emerald to join the sapphire.

Beautiful! The process was simple, they do a small test charge to confirm your card and then charge the full amount. I have to admit that was bit off putting but it was CLEARLY communicated in an email so I felt comfortable. From the search functions and the detailed descriptions, pictures, video, etc. available to ordering, shipping and packaging I can’t think of anything that wasn’t great. When I decided to propose to my fiancé, the thought of finding the right engagement ring was a little overwhelming. I am very particular when I purchase things and I research well beyond the norm. I had some ideas of what she wanted, a sapphire ring being a key feature. After visiting local shops and other online retailers and researching everything I could about sapphire rings, I found myself at the natural sapphire company website, a jeweller who truly specializes in gemstone rings and can back it up with generations of experience. I thought, how perfect! Working with Neli was then beyond perfect. From the minute I inquired she was there responding to every question. Beginning with selecting a stone which is so transparent and informative. 3d models and even photos and videos in different lighting. Then came the setting, an 18k gold masterpiece and Neli was there to help me craft the bespoke ring every step of the way which by the way the website otherwise makes so easy anyway. Custom top quality 3d renders returned in 24 hours seemed all I needed and then she offered to send my selected stone and a wax ring to preview! They really take the risk out of online ring shopping. You may find negative reviews of stone quality or whatever online. All I know is they must be misguided because the stone and ring my girl is wearing are breathtaking. She said yes and was left speechless when she saw it. Custom engraved and a perfect fit. Packaged so beautifully. Her ring is a natural sapphire with very high quality diamonds. I know I couldn't match it for the price anywhere. If you're considering anyone else for a gemstone ring, don't. Choose the natural sapphire company. And if you work with Neli, expect to be impressed. 10/10. Highly recommend

This will be the third purchase I’ve made from the Natural Sapphire Co, and I feel it was a dereliction of my duties having not left a review for the prior two occasions. I have been extremely pleased with all three of my transactions. The staff (and Katherine, in this latest instance) was incredibly accommodating. My first two purchases were for loose stones which were turned into jewelry in local shops. For this recent purchase, NSC built a ring. Typically, my skepticism regarding the availability of acceptable (let alone, good) craftmanship is boundless. As such, I prefer a local shop such that the recourse of my menacing in-person presence is available in the event someone builds a piece of rubbish. In a break from my normal operating procedure, I chose to have the NSC handle the entirety of the purchase, and I was not disappointed. Katherine willingly and pleasantly walked me through my options and helped me navigate a number of pitfalls that were not apparent to me due to my broad ignorance (I require a lot of care and feeding). They delivered (ahead of schedule) a beautiful ring! I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

The NSC website is very well laid out with lots of information available about the company as well as the jewelry and gemstones. I especially appreciated the large selection of loose stones with pictures and videos that accompany each listing! Ashley's correspondence was also prompt and helpful. The hassle-free return policy meant I could feel confident about ordering stones to see in person before finalizing a purchase, and I am very satisfied with the loose sapphire I eventually decided to purchase. If I am ever looking for another sapphire I will be checking with the NSC first!

Marie helped me with my purchase. I created a custom ring and they were extremely helpful going above and beyond with providing feedback and advice about what wpuld be best. They also were accommodating with sending renderings of the look prior to purchase. The site was easy to use and Neli provided expert and friendly help. There was no pressure to buy and the focus was on listening to me to help me find the right setting for the ruby. Neli created several computer renderings to illustrate how the different settings would look. Once chosen, ordering the ring was easy and it arrived at my home 25 days later. The ruby ring is absolutely beautiful.

In the days we live in of "Pick & Click" Internet shopping, my experiences with Lauren and The Natural Sapphire Company have been anything but "Pick & Click". Lauren has truly made my purchases a fun experience - Just the way buying jewelry should be, a pleasurable experience to be fondly remembered. My most recent purchase was of a beautiful sapphire for a single stud earring. The sapphire changes color depending on what light you're in, fluorescent, incandescent or sunlight. OVERALL, amazing company, very thorough with their gem descriptions and their chatline is open late for questions (REAL people NOT bots). Thank you Neli!! Technical aspects. Since their stones are natural there are stones that have more inclusions than others. So do your homework. Check for eye clean, very slight inclusion etc. Check the 3D image of the facets to see if there are imperfections you're not ok with. Their pictures and videos are very descriptive and accurate. If you can't see the feathering or inclusions listed their chat is open and reps point out where they are specifically. I was surprised to be able to speak to Neli at 1am in the morning. She gave me all the information I needed and finally I was convinced to buy it. They carry many grades of stones, just read the descriptions and speak to their reps and you won't be blindsided.

I was assisted by Ashley at NSC to help design my ring. I was first drawn towards NSC by all of the different customization options, but what is really special about NSC is the customer service. The entire process was smooth and seamless and I was able to get multiple 3D renderings of different designs. I didn’t feel pressured or obligated at any point during the process to buy something unless I was 100% satisfied with it. The ring just arrived yesterday and it is gorgeous. Included in the ring package is the appraisal information in case you want to get your jewelry insured as well as information about the sapphire itself. Would definitely recommend NSC if you are looking to design a piece of sapphire jewelry!
