  From the very first contact with Sam until safe and fast delivery of my beautiful natural sapphire ring I was amazed at the level of attention, professionalism, courtesy and thoughtfulness. There was no pressure, just responsiveness to my questions, solid guidance and presentation of all my options. It was clear Sam knew the business and I learned so much about sapphires from him.   Starting looking for one particular stone in one particular setting; Erika was incredibly collaborative and helpful and ended up with 3 rings, one using the original stone in a wildly different setting! Very helpful in tweaking designs until I got EXACTLY what I didn’t know I wanted. Will definitely purchase again.

  I have made several successful purchases from the Natural Sapphire Company and the Natural Emerald Company. My last purchase was a custom pendant with a Brazilian emerald. I had a great shopping experience with Sam. He suggested ordering a custom pendant instead of buying a ready to ship one, answered all my questions and gave advice when asked. I had difficulty deciding between a few emeralds. Sam made a couple of videos of those emeralds together in natural and artificial light to provide me with a clear view of them. I am very happy with the final result. The pendant and the emerald in it exceeded all my expectations. It looks very beautiful and eye-catching. Thank you very much to Sam and to the person who made it.

  Beautiful emeralds, exceptional customer service, fast delivery. I bought a pair of designed earrings for my daughter and a pair of ready to ship earrings for myself.   "I do not normally do this but in this case I have too! I worked with Michael and he was an amazing, kind, caring person who obviously loves what he does. I don't really know how to thank him for all the patience he showed me in the past couple of weeks. I can be a little obsessive/compulsive and I must have asked 200 questions! I was a little scared to buy online but I could feel the kindness of the staff from the first phone call to the many emails back and forth to help me make the perfect decision. I can say without reservation this is probably the best experience I have ever had buying something. I am going back for a ruby next with no hesitation to buy again! If you want an amazing experience buying amazing treasures this is your place to do it!"

  I have always known the ring I wanted but could not find it anywhere, so I designed it myself on the web site. Unfortunately I got my size wrong. Sam was an excellent communicator. Very quick to respond and resized my ring for me very quickly. It is beautiful. Very happy. Will purchase again, earings next time.

  This site was wonderful to work with. It was easy to browse and filter for what I wanted. They promptly (1-3 days) provided multiple digital mock-ups of the ring over the course of a week. Email communication with Sam was helpful, and I didn't feel pressured to purchase. When I did, I was thrilled with the end result. The delivery estimate was 2-4 weeks; the ring halfway through week 3. I could wish for a wider selection of ring settings, but I found something good. I would gladly work with The Natural Sapphire Company again.

  I had a perfect experience at TNSC, I was dealing with Sam arnstein who kept me updated on the progress of the custom padpardscha ring and earrings I ordered. The end product was amazing, came in a very beautiful box and all the laminated reports and appraisals that came with the gemstones are very detailed and professional. I was worried at first about ordering any jewelry of value online but my experience was 5 star and also far cheaper than I would have ever been able the get at an actual physical jewelry store.

  I purchased an engagement ring from The Natural Sapphire Company. I had ideas about what I wanted but was not 100% sure. Their option to have a "mock up" of the ring is soooo helpful. Even though the ring was not actually in my hand, the pictures made me feel at ease when I made my final decision. Sam was the representative that helped me. He made the process go smoothly. There were no "hard" sales tactics. He wanted me to get the best out of the ring buying experience. Since the ring was going to be shipped, that was really the only thing that I had concerns about. Many Q&A's later, the order was placed. I think the box the ring showed up in could withstand a nuclear bomb. The safety of the ring is definitely a high priority of NCS. When I opened the box, the ring inside was exactly what the pictures showed. Overall, NCS is STELLAR!!!

  I had a very comfortable experience buying my padpardscha sapphire and diamond ring. Both Lauren, who started the process for me, and Erika , who completed it made the whole process predictably successful. They were immediately responsive to any questions I had and were not only knowledgeable about the gems they sold, but sensitive to my reticence with respect to the color of the stone and my choice of setting. Lauren helped me pick the color I preferred by going the extra mile and showing me the stone on the background of a white glove and in renderings of the stone in different settings. She showed me the size of the stone by placing it on a a quarter. Erika geared me in the right direction for selecting my setting for the stone. As a gemologist and graphic designer, she is uniquely qualified to help clients have the best opportunity to make the right choices in settings and stones when viewing them on a computer screen. All in all, I had a highly successful experience with Natural Sapphire Company of New York and what , at first , appeared to be a daunting challenge for me in buying a ring by looking at photos on a computer, delivered for me exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality sapphires sold by a company with excellent sales and service.

  I've had an image in my mind of how I wanted my ring to look, but could never find exactly what I was looking for in stores. I found several stones on The Natural Sapphire Company website and worked with Sam Arnstein to select ones that would work for me. Sam was amazing to work with and he always displayed professionalism and patience. Given that I am in California and the company is in New York City, Sam took the time to make and send video clips of the stones I was interested in so I could see the stones side-by-side in motion, rather than just photos. For me, this made all the difference.

  My experience with The Natural Sapphire Company was truly incredible. When my partner and I decided we wanted a sapphire rather than diamond engagement ring, we did a lot of research to find a jeweler - we chose NSC because they specialized in high quality, natural sapphires, their site has so much excellent information, their designs are beautiful, and their reviews were just stellar. We intended to create a custom ring - and since we are local decided to go in person to select our stone. Within a day, my message sent through the website to request a rendering of a ring design was responded to with a set of gorgeous images of the ring I had in mind. Victoria was super responsive answering my questions and we set up an appointment within a week. We met with 3rd generation owner Michael, who was fantastic to work with. In addition to looking at stones, they had a few rings already made so I could get a sense of how settings look on my hand. I put on one of the rings and it was just perfect - the stone size and color were exactly what I was looking for, in one of the settings we were considering, and the ring was sized to fit my finger - it was like Cinderella putting on the glass slipper. There was no pressure and Michael gave us time to consider whether we still wanted to go ahead with something custom or if the ring we found was “the one.” Once we decided that was my ring - they were able to engrave it on the spot and the ring came in a beautiful box with thorough paperwork. It was one of my best jewelry buying experiences - and I adore my ring! I told them we would be back when it’s time for wedding bands. Or maybe a pair of sapphire earrings! If you’re considering a sapphire, I highly recommend The Natural Sapphire Company!

  I had a very pleasant experience in dealing with Natural Sapphire Company of New York. Both Ericka and Lauren were helpful in demonstrating their knowledge and expertise about stones and settings. They sent me renderings of choices I had made and helped me narrow them down to produce the ring I wanted. Both the sales and service of this company were most desirable . All in all, Natural Sapphire Company of New York made buying a ring by looking at computer photos easier than I ever could have imagined. They delivered and turned what could have been a daunting experience for me into a delightful outcome. I recommend using this company based on my experience.

  Erika and The Natural Sapphire Co has exceeded all expectations. Beyond helpful, some of the most beautiful stones we have ever seen, quality that is unmatched, and a presentation of my gift to my wife that made her feel like a princess. We won't go to another jeweler, or choose another stone. We've fallen in love with sapphires and this is a World Class business. I can't stress this enough.   Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced.   This was one of the easiest and greatest experiences. Erika was Amazing! She was my point of contact after ordering the ring and helped me figure out the correct size, and made sure everything was taken care of with the highest level of care and professionalism. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Speaking of good things, the ring itself is nothing short of perfect!   We can't express enough how impressed with what Michael and the entire Sapphire Team were able to accomplish for us. During the course of just 5 days not only did they create a custom ruby engagement ring, set 2 sentimental diamonds that we sent them and had the ring to us just before my daughter and boyfriend left on vacation. A job that typically takes 2 weeks, they accomplished in 3 days to make our future son in law's proposal a reality. Hands down top notch communication, beautiful quality design and stone, and just the best at going above and beyond. To say we'd purchase from them again is an understatement as my wife got ring fever during this process and the Sapphire Team is now preparing a custom ring for her!

  Because of all the COVID-19 mayhem, I made a late decision to honor our 45 wedding anniversary with a sapphire pendant for my wife. After an on-line search, I contacted The Natural Sapphire Company. The selection of sapphires was dazzling! I finally chose one and a white gold pendant chain. I asked if this order could be completed & shipped in 8 days. Although it was a "tall order" they actually made this happen! The pendant sapphire is spectacular and my wife is thrilled. Lauren - CIient Services was knowledgeable and very supportive. I recognize that ordering very high quality jewelry from an on-line source might feel disconcerting.
