Verified reviewWe looked at numerous sapphires and endless styles of settings for six years repeatedly, before we contacted The Natural Sapphire Company to design my partner’s ring. We selected the company because it was possible to examine the sapphires closely and the amount of information available. Lauren, helped us turn my fiancé’s dream ring into a reality by listening to everything we wanted and paying attention to every detail in the process of making the ring. She has a lot of knowledge about precious stones and always responds within the day! She was so pleasant and enjoyable to work with. After some corresponding/collaborating, NSC designed, produced, and delivered our ring within a month. The company is beyond professional and Lauren is a gem herself. The ring is a size 5.25 pavé style band and hidden halo, with a 4.89 carat radiant cut, peach sapphire. Pictures don’t show how much sparkle “Goldie” really shows. The ring is remarkably stunning, it’s mesmerizing. Thank you, for making a ring unquestionably perfect for us. We can’t wait to design a wedding band to in the future with, Lauren and The Natural Sapphire Company.

Verified reviewIn January of 2021 I began shopping for a sapphire ring to commemorate a special occasion. I had visited The Natural Sapphire Company website early in my shopping, but my first impression was that the level of service they offered was probably out of my budget, so I didn’t pursue it further and eventually purchased a ring from a different “alluring" online jewelry company. But what I received was an incredibly inferior piece jewelry that wasn’t cheap. It was also accompanied by the worst possible customer service. I eventually got most of my money back, but I also lost much confidence in online jewelry shopping. That said, I was still was determined to find the perfect sapphire ring and found myself thinking about the beautiful loose sapphires I had seen on the The Natural Sapphire Company website. So, I returned to The Natural Sapphire Company, and after several email exchanges with Lauren, I knew I was in good hands. Lauren is a professional. There was no up-selling. There was no high pressure sales. Lauren's knowledge of the gems, the settings, and her commitment to service, meant there was no guesswork in this purchase. Not only was I provided a 3D model of the setting I chose, but I also received the actual sapphire for inspection before it was mounted. This was not a quick or rushed process. It took about six weeks from concept to delivery. But this was a once-in-a-lifetime purchase and I wanted to be sure I was getting exactly what I wanted - and Lauren helped me make the best choices to get the most beautiful ring that also fit my budget. Lauren was not just patient, but even encouraged me to take my time in making decisions. She also offered suggestions and custom solutions. I recently received my finished custom ring and it is more beautiful than I ever imagined. I will wear it for many years. This purchasing process was not just easy; it was exciting, celebratory, joyful, and did not overshadow the sentimental aspect of jewelry selection, but actually enhanced it. I have a white sapphire, an emerald, and a yellow sapphire (all eye-clean) from this company, and all are breathtaking. Verified reviewMy usual practice is to only order (over the internet) from companies with whom I have previously dealt. However, in searching familiar stores online for sapphire earrings The Natural Sapphire Company popped up. What I liked about the company was their upfront revealing of the quality of the stones, whether or not the stones had been enhanced, the country of origin of each, and their exact size. Then I saw the many positive customer reviews so I decided to call them (still hesitant to order online.) The person that assisted me was Lauren. She was fantastic at making me feel comfortable that her company was a legitimate one. My order arrived in the specified time but I had an issue with the post of the pierced earrings. Lauren had me return the earrings at their expense and had the setting changed to resolve the issue. In addition, she kept me informed as to when I should receive the replacement earrings. The earrings are so beautiful that I ordered a second pair in a different color sapphire and setting. The fact that the company was honorable and took back the first pair at no charge to me and then worked with me to quickly resolve the issue has made me feel confident in doing more business with them. In addition, their Web site is a joy to navigate and review their many options. And even better, the item that you receive is exactly what is shown on the site including the 360 degrees view of it. I also love the “Education” section of the Web site. Along with Lauren’s expert guidance and wonderful client service—one could not ask for more!
