From concept to 3D design to final product, Lauren's communication made the experience a dream. You're in good hands with NSC.

    i couldn't decide between two blue sapphires so i ultimately ended up getting both. i had one set in a ring and the other in a pendant. both pieces came out absolutely stunning. my fiance was blown away by them (still is). this is the place to shop for sapphires. the videos of the stones ive personally seen from them are all very accurate!!! im a customer for life now. Nancy A was a great help and a pleasure to deal with. i didn't get the pushiness you typically tend to get from other jewelry places (very nice). no hassles, no worries, extremely helpful and available when needed.

    This is my the 3rd purchase in recent months from The Natural Sapphire Company. This purchase was sapphire earrings. With Lauren's expertise, we were able to select the perfect sapphire pair as well as a setting. When I received the earrings, they were difficult to put on as the posts were thicker. I spoke with Lauren regarding this, in less than an hour, she informed me that the earrings could be reset in a setting with thinner posts. Arrangements were made to return the earrings fully insured. Lauren kept me informed throughout the process and once reset, the earrings were promptly returned--They were PERFCT!!! Once again, customer service and satisfaction was of utmost importance. Lauren has been an excellent consultant in all 3 of my purchasing experiences-strongly recommend her!!!. I strongly recommend the Natural Sapphire Company as the end product is absolutely stunning--I wear my pieces proudly and get many compliments! THANK YOU Lauren!!!!
