Verified reviewFirst of all, I loved the NSC website—it is so intuitive and user friendly. Really allows you to filter what you're looking for to get the best matches you need, and then be able to choose the exact setting type to pair with the sapphire. Delivery was really fast and had no issues at all. Lauren, in client services, was such a delight to work with. She communicated so well to make sure I was happy with all my selections and made the process incredibly seamless. I was impressed at the level of knowledge and passion that she has. When I received the order, I was absolutely delighted. My order came with all authenticity documentations and arrived in such a luxurious box. The sapphire itself looked even more amazing in person. After arranging a payment plan they began fabrication. Katherine was easy to deal with and kept me informed during the whole process. I received the ring yesterday and couldn’t be happier, my girlfriend is going to love it!

She send me pictures and videos both out door and in door to help me visualize the stone I choose. I wasn't sure about the right ring size, Lauren send me a wax model first before making the ring and the shipping is fast. I received my ring yesterday, it is so beautiful and just how I wanted. Recently, my fiance and I purchased a Montana sapphire for her wedding ring and unfortunately, while beautiful, the stone did not appear in person the way we anticipated from the site; and Lauren was an incredibly helpful rep in not only returning the stone but, helping us find the one we really wanted by sending videos she took herself, of different lighting indoor and out and then expediting it's shipment out to us.Thank you very much Lauren

Verified reviewI was a bit nervous about buying an expensive piece of jewelry online, but working with Katherine and NSC was a pleasure from start to finish. NSC’s website had very detailed information and photos on a wide selection of stones and settings. I chose a stone and setting and requested a preview of the finished piece. The design team emailed me the preview and put me in touch with Katherine the very next day. Katherine was great to work with. She emailed me videos of the stone in different lighting conditions, which was particularly helpful. She, the design team, and the production team worked patiently with me to settle on a final design. I received the finished piece about two weeks later, and I love it! Thanks again to Katherine and the entire NSC team.

I bought a sapphire I thought I would love but it was too small when I saw it in person, and he helped me step by step through the international return process. I bought a different one that is perfect and I can’t wait until it’s set and I can wear it! Before I bought it I asked to see some more videos and he sent me a bunch in different light conditions, which was really helpful. Shipping was super quick and everything was easy to track. Responsive, friendly, and trustworthy - nothing but praise from me!

Verified reviewI had been looking for a 5 carat untreated Padparadscha for quite some time when I located an 8 carat ring on the Natural Sapphire Co site. Because I was interested in a larger stone and these vary in color significantly, my search was extensive over a period of years. After viewing the stone's specifics online, I forwarded the link to my husband to discuss later. We were both exceptionally busy and it was not the first topic on my list, so to speak. We never did make time to talk about it so you can imagine my surprise when my husband presented me with this beautiful gift a few days later! I am quoting a friend of mine (she worked in our area's premier jeweler some years ago) who upon seeing it stated: 'It is exquisite'! I learned that Lauren had helped my husband determine sizing, provided GIA documentation, expedited sizing and the shipping to him. From his first call on Friday to delivery on Wednesday, Lauren provided constant status updates. Our sincere gratitude to Lauren and the rest of the team for helping to facilitate my ownership of this magnificent piece.

When it came time to pick out her engagement ring we went to several local jewelry stores, and just as you could imagine, she couldn't find anything, or what she was looking for was "too rare or hard to come by" so they never had any in stock. I googled jewelry stores, looking for a teal, unheated sapphire and came across The Natural Sapphire Company. Making an appointment was simple, and while I was only expecting to see one or two stones that matched her specific requirements Sam came through with dozens of options. From start to finish Sam was there. Emailing us render after render until the perfect ring was created. Right when you think things couldn't get any better, the FedEx box came days later with a complete kit to keep the ring sparkling! I wasted months going to other places. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time! Go to The Natural Sapphire Company and ask for Sam!
