  Natural Sapphire Company was fantastic through the entire process of choosing stones for an engagement ring, producing designs based upon our input, and completing the ring. Lauren went above and beyond to assist us with every step and make sure timelines were met. On the occasion Lauren was not available others stepped right in to assist. The engagement ring turned out beautifully. The same commitment was provided when I decided to also purchase a wedding band. We will return to NSC in the future for additional jewelry.

  Erika Sheykhametov was absolutely wonderful. She was so patient with me throughout the process, understanding that I needed some guidance, and allowed me multiple 3D renderings of the engagement ring until I found the exact one that I wanted.From our very first email I could tell that she had a genuine passion for what she does, and her professionalism and thoughtfulness carried over through the entire transaction, until the moment the ring arrived at my door.My Fiancee is in love with the ring, and at the end of the day, that's all that matters. I will recommend The Natural Sapphire Company, and more specifically Erika, to any and everyone in search of great jewelry and outstanding customer service.

  I had a great purchasing experience! Lauren Kelly was very helpful, even though I was a little indecisive with my setting choices. She was very kind and patient during the entire transaction, even after the ring was safely delivered via FedEx. The stone and setting came exactly as expected: color, clarity, and size was exactly as pictured on the website. I would definitely purchase from The Natural Sapphire Company in the future.

  Extremely pleased. I ordered a star ruby rose gold ring and it's a beaut. I also ordered a pair of white sapphires and a pair of green sapphires. All my orders arrived at the same time with the relevant certification and very quickly. The sapphires are stunning and the star ruby ring is really great too. I actually didn't realise that the natural sapphire company can set sapphires as side stones (the site appears to only offer diamonds by default) or I'd have considered arranging my setting changes with them. However, I am now using my local jeweller to set the white sapphires 1mm either side of the star ruby in that rose gold ring so it's no biggie. Should look awesome when it's done. In future, I'll consider using the natural sapphire company for the whole job as they are an excellent company to work with and have very friendly staff particular thank you to Lauren.

  The Natural Sapphire Company have been absolute professionals throughout this whole process. I've been working with Lauren in designing and finishing this ring to be delivered on time and on budget. The ring itself had to be made 3 times due to issues with the metal and initial cast, however throughout this Lauren has been extremely thorough and understanding, which shows her love of quality. She has delivered a thoroughly beautiful ring that I believe is of heirloom quality.I cannot thank her and the team enough for making this process as stress free as possible, they have been a joy to work with and I would happily work with them again on future items.

  OUTSTANDING customer service, easy to use internet service for designing the engagement ring, and I fiancee was OVER THE MOON for it! Truly just a wonderful experience and I couldn't be happier with the product and the service. Even the jewerly box was elegant, and it came with a nice looking folder of information.   Really loved my new ring! The really personalized help from Lauren was amazing too. She kept me looped in for every part of the process, showing me a 2D render before casting the ring, asking me for feedback once I had received the ring, and answering all of my questions literally within minutes of sending her emails!   My partner and I used the Natural Sapphire Company to find a gem stone for my engagement ring. We made an appointment and went to see a number of stones. Kelly was wonderful! She really payed attention to what we liked and ultimately we chose a gem that she had found for us. The experience we had was great. We didn't purchase any of their settings (only the gem), so I can't really speak to their setting quality, but we LOVE our sapphire that we purchased. I would definitely recommend this place.

  I was worried about buying long distance from photographs but, I put my trust in Mary and was not disappointed. The photos of the ring and earrings looked good but the actual items arei much better which no picture can do justice.I know I am not the easiest customer to deal with and Mary was super in sorting out all my special requirements for the ring and getting everything just the way I wanted. Communication by email and phone from Mary was great and everything went well, I cannot thank Mary enough for all her hard work she put into this project and creating a very special surprise for my wife. I am so pleased that I listened to Mary’s design ideas as I do not have the vision and whilst it was a surprise for the wife, her comments were “that is exactly what I would have picked had I seen this ring in a jewellers shop”.The next time I am looking to purcahse a piece of jewellery my first port of call will be Mary and the Natural Shappire Company.I would 100% recommend The Natural Shappire Company with no hesitation at all.   I researched a number of bands, stones and other rings in my search for my now fiancée. She has very particular tastes in band design and wanted a gemstone (sapphire) rather than a diamond. The Natural Sapphire Company fit this perfectly as I could settle on both a band and strong I loved without having to compromise on either. The available band metal types was also helpful as my fiancée is allergic to nickel and I had to get a platinum band. The ordering process was very easy and I received a confirmation of the design of the band and and renderings with the stone I had chosen placed in the setting. Initially I had selected a different stone and had different renderings, but never felt pressured to go with the original design. I am very grateful for that as I wouldn't have been happy in the longer run with the original, but I was able to change the stone out before I ordered and it made the perfect ring! After my order I worked with Erika who answered all of my questions on rush processing and kept me updated through the creation process. The ring was completed on time and shipped exactly as described. The renderings looked good, but the actual ring looked even better! I was blown away by how good the ring was and my fiancée was also ecstatic when I finally proposed. All around wonderful experience with a company focused on the customer and product more than profit (just take a look at their sustainability and charity efforts).

I suggest looking at lots of renderings to get a sense of how far ur budget will take u in terms of size vs. sparkle. I found my $5,000 budget to be not quite enough.Good luck to all young couples!   Your representative Lauren was absolutely amazing. She took her time getting details of what my Fiancé, she said yes!, was looking for, she was very knowledgeable of the styles that fit those criteria, and offered customs and other ideas to help us thru the process. She was so understanding with our crazy schedules, very easy to talk to and most of all patient. The selection was gorgeous and from the moment my Fiancé tried on what would become her engagement sapphire she knew it was the one.   The convenience of searching for a stone on line is very helpful however the real added value is picking up the phone and talking to the knowledgeable customer service people. I worked with Lauren who took the time to help me pick out the perfect sapphire and setting. Take it from me and call them before you order. It will make all the difference.

  We bought a ruby and had it mounted with two diamonds. The quality of the stones and the workmanship was excellent. We were able to buy a much high quality stone than was available for the same price at high end jewelry stores. Erika was very helpful and the 3D renderings were great.

  My husband bought our wedding set here 8 years ago. The first set they sent us was very poorly made an had diamonds missing. It made me very nervous that we had trusted someone with so much money and received a joke of a product. We had to send the rings back and wait for them to be remade. This should have been my red flag. We kept the second set which looked much better, thought it was nice until the engagement ring broke a few years later and my sapphire was lost. Luckily it was insured. I visited the showroom and purchased a replacement sapphire. What do you know they could also remake my ring for the exact cost of the insurance money! I had the new sapphire appraised and it was valued at less than half what I paid. I called the Natural Sapphire Company and they refused to lower the price so I returned the sapphire. A year or so later my husband had my ring custom made through a jeweler with a Montana sapphire we purchased elsewhere, and it is beautiful. The ring itself is so much prettier than what the NSC made. My wedding ring looks like a joke next to my new engagement ring because of the low quality diamonds the natural sapphire company used. Be very careful dealing with this company.

While our jewelry is meant to be worn and enjoyed, they are still delicate pieces and after daily wear for 8 years, there will be some signs of wear and tear. We do offer cleaning, re-polishing, and maintenance services for all of our products and we encourage our customers to come back every few years (or if needed) to check on their items. Prices have gone up in the past ten years, so replacement values have also increased. We often ask for proof of appraisal and if the appraiser can locate a gemstone with the same qualities at a lower cost.   Lauren was an absolute wonder. She helped me out with creating an amazing engagement ring for my Fiance. (She said yes!!) The service is amazing with this company. I was able to get renderings of what the ring would actually look like and not some stock photo. I had the ring delivered to Canada, and after ordering I think it took less than two weeks before i received the ring. When you shop with them it feels like your not just buying a ring but also a story. I love all the information given about the sapphires used, and the whole process. I love knowing where my ring came from and its full dimensions and everything included in the information package I received with the ring. I know my ring is a one of a kind, and not just some store bought ring from the mall that every other couple has. Thank you so much for this service. We will have to start looking for some matching earrings for when we have our wedding :)My only regret is that we were unable to visit during our New York trip over this new years. When we make a trip back to New York for our anniversary, we will have to come visit.

  I was looking for an engagement ring and reached out after viewing some of the rings and stones available on The Natural Sapphire Company's site. Lauren got back to me quickly and worked with me until I found what I wanted. I narrowed down a few specific sapphires that I wanted so she got me additional pictures of the stones. After picking a stone she provided me with the rendering. The rendering they provide for you is an easy way to visualize exactly what you're buying if you can't see it in person.Lauren also helped me plan the shipping since I was traveling during the time the ring was estimated to be finished. I definitely appreciated the help so I didn't have to worry about the ring showing up when I was out of town.Short Version: The ring and the customer service were fantastic. I would use them again.

  This was my first time making such a big purchase online and to be honest I was a little worried. However, it was a great and easy experience with Mary Whitney. She always responded quickly to all my questions. In fact, I was surprised at how quickly she replied even when I emailed her after hours. When I asked to see other photos of the gem, she offered to send me a video so that I could get a better idea of what it looked like. I had made some last minute changes to my order and she was very patient and professional throughout. She even kept me up to date to let me know when my order went through.I have to say, the website is awesome. There's so much information there about sapphires, and a big selection of varieties. I love how they don't use stock photos and take actual pictures of the gems. I think it really goes to show how passionate they are about their business. I would recommend to anyone and may purchase again in the future.

  While I was happy with the quality that seemed to be offered (although reading other reviews I'm now concerned about the quality of the stones and how it will turn out compared to the images, and the quality of the making, if I order it), I received a misquote of almost double, meaning as I was about to order my engagement ring I could not, as it was suddenly really out of our budget. This was distressing, and has resulted in weeks of delays. Now when trying to arrange another ring, the delays in replies are long and there's no flexibility on price - even a 5% discount would help - to help compensate for the time lost and additional cost. Very disappointed. We have been engaged now for 6 weeks and still working on this! Update: have just had an email from Lauren to say that as they can’t guarantee the ring will look exactly like the render it might be best not to order it to avoid disappointment. Have to say I agree. This is now many wasted weeks. Further update: the company is questioning whether my review is genuine. Interesting that they didn’t immediately check with their staff first. Or that they can’t see I have an account with various rings saved in it and a query generated out of that account. REGARDING REPLY: the Price doubling isn’t anything to do with a ‘final’ quote. It was Lauren using information that was over a year old by her own admission. Regarding several emails a day, we are in different time zones and each time a quote came back that generated questions. IF the information has been correct then the email questions and concerns wouldn’t have been necessary!

  From start to finish, the representative I worked with was friendly and incredibly helpful and patient. I was nervous about ordering an engagement ring, but she answered my dozens of questions quickly, cheerfully, and professionally. I was treated with respect and felt like I got the high-roller treatment, even though I was very much not a big spender. I was accommodated in every aspect and never at any point did I feel like they grew tired of dealing with me, or that they just wanted to get the sale. I will be receiving the stones I had purchased and look forward to them. Overall, customer service is quick, responsive, and staff is jovial. ---I had purchased two stones during the Valentine's day special to be sent abroad where I currently reside. I had received a confirmation email from the representative Sunandar Nyinyi along with a subsequent USPS pre-shipment notification. I have been awaiting for follow-up emails from USPS. Upon paying my monthly credit card bill, I noticed the purchase was refunded without any indication.Thus, my rating is based on lack of written communication from the company. There was no email indicating my order was cancelled and reasons. I had been looking forward to the stones but through self discovery, I will not be receiving them.

  There aren't too many places online where you can find teal colored Montana sapphires. The Natural Sapphire Company has the best selection of these stones and a really good interface for picking the best one online. I requested a few previews, which were helpful, but I think the 3D views of the stones and settings are enough to make a decision.

  Lauren Kelly-Nelson from client services was my contact for The Natural Sapphire Company. I waited a little to long to place my order to receive it before Christmas. Lauren put a rush on the order and keep my updated on the progress. She would contact me via E-Mail with questions on some changes that needed to be made. She also sent me pictures of the necklace as it was being constructed. She provided great customer service. The only complaint I have is with the shipping company - Fedex. I was required to sign for the delivery and Fedex would not give me a time they would be delivering my package. Just sometime before 4:30 PM. I stayed home all day missing lunch with my wife, feeding my mother with alzheimer's in a nursing home and picking up my grandchildren from school. The package finally arrived at 6:45 PM. I highly recommend The Natural Sapphire Company but not Fedex.Bill Stevens

  Had been looking at buying a padparadscha sapphire for a few years. Came across The Natural Sapphire Company's website. As padparadscha's can vary in colour and intensity, I was waiting for the right one to come along, within my budget. I had enquired locally, as a jeweller could source one (I live on the other side of the world!), but it's not that easy with padparadscha's, due to the variation in colour. The NSC gave me the ability to see the colours, origin, and all details of the cut, as I was very specific with the cut as well. Then when one I liked came up, they would send a photo and video of the stone in indoor and natural lighting. I loved one of the ring settings they have - really different. I had the stone set in rose gold, which is just beautiful. The setting itself is not as bulky as in the render - but you have to remember it is zoomed in to see the details. I am really happy with my ring and stone. If you don't have much knowledge about stones, cuts, clarity, etc, look up on them to help with your decision especially if buying online. They are extremely helpful at the NSC, and at no time did I feel pressured for a sale (even after about 40 e-mails!).

  I came to Natural Sapphire to buy a birthday gift for a friend and I met Lauren. I told her my price parameters, quality and size and other factors and in a few minutes she presented me with a good dozen perfect matches. They all looked beautiful and I chose a ring that I had to resize to fit my friend and it was done in one day with no charge and my friend loved it. Ultimately, however, we decided to try for a larger stone and Lauren without a blink set up another set of a dozen or so beautiful rings of size and characteristics, and without hesitation gave me full credit for the exchange on the prior purchase. Lauren was a real professional answering all our questions and never 'selling us' or influencing us as to what we should buy but answering every question we had and never hesitating making any changes we inquired about. My friend picked out a beautiful ring that fits perfectly and loves to look and talk about it all the time. Really a beautiful piece of quality craftsmanship.   My fiance ordered my ring this past Christmas. The ring is absolutely beautiful and they worked with him to get in delivered in time. Within 24 hours one of the side stones went missing. The company shipped my ring back and made it right. Now an only a few months later my center stone is loose. The company made right again and fixed the issue. I do love my ring and get compliments everywhere I go. Its truly a work of art and their customer service can be relied upon.

  We are working with the customer get her ring back in so we can assess the center stone and why it is loose. All stones and prongs were tightened during the first repair, and though loosenings usually don't happen this soon, they can happen. The first review was deleted as we had no record of customers name and had originally reported it as a false claim, which we could not reverse.

  I got my engagement ring done from this place. Initially, they accidentally made my custom ring a few sizes bigger than my size. But Lauren was extremely cooperative and she gave us the resized ring without any extra charges or too much delay in time. The ring is made with extreme perfection and the stone i selected is so pure. It is the best place for anyone looking for sapphire based rings. They have all sorts of colors, carat, and shapes of sapphire. 10/10 recommendation!

  I spent approximately 2 months searching through a dozen different companies that sell sapphires online. I communicated extensively with 3 different companies all based in New York. The Natural Sapphire Company was without a doubt the most knowledgeable, had the best quality options and wasn't pushy, in fact I ended up going with a lower priced item at the suggestion of the sales person I worked with.
