I worked with Sam, who patiently sent me mock-up after mock-up while I changed so many little details until it was perfect. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. She took into careful consideration everything I told her about what I was looking for and made it happen. I absolutely adore my sapphire engagement ring and wedding ring set, it is the truly the most beautiful ring I have ever seen! Even the delivery surpassed my expectations! The rings arrived in a solid metal box with a folder of laminated certified information on my stone. I would strongly recommend this company and Lauren to anyone!
