The site is extremely easy to navigate and you can add different filters to find your perfect sapphire. I have added several beautiful pieces to my collection. (See photo) On different occasions, I have requested free previews and with the help of Lauren, I was being able to find and design the perfect jewelry. The packaging is flawless and arrives in top condition.

I used the online ring designer tool allowing me to select a gemstone and band from their collection and pick the sizing and style of the whole ring. The website provides all the information you need to create exactly what you want. Customer support was nice and professional with quick response times, providing more than enough information for any requests or help required. They really make sure you are happy with your selection, allowing changes in the design of the jewerly even after the order is placed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for high end jewerly. This was a first time for me and I couldnt have had a better experience! I am so happy with how the ring turned out and I am so excited to get engaged!

Verified reviewI am so happy I purchased my blue sapphire ring from Natural Sapphire Company! They offer gorgeous quality custom jewelry and excellent customer service. If you live near New York City, you may want to visit their showroom and choose your own stone. I was able to do this, and worked with Sam who patiently assisted as I looked over the loose stones and made my selection. If not, their website provides extensive information on each stone and settings they can make. Natural Sapphire will also provide digital mock ups for proposed jewelry pieces. I found this very helpful in imagining what my ring would look like before it was complete. The ring turned out amazingly well. Customer service and delivery were executed flawlessly. Sam provided helpful communication throughout the order and delivery process. The ring arrived on time as requested and included all the documentation on the sapphire. Thanks again!

Verified reviewBought a gift to my girlfriend here. What made me choose this company in the first place was the ability to create your own necklace. The company has a wide range of sapphires to choose from and setting alternatives to each sapphire. The GIA certification shown in the pictures of each sapphire made it easy to compare different sapphires. Katherine helped me choose from my two favourites, by comparing them in different light side by side. She also created several pendant animations which led to my decicion. She was very quick to respond and I think it is hard to find better service. Once the production started she kept me updated about the process. The delivery to Sweden went without problems and the necklace is just as beautiful as I hoped it would be. I would definetly buy something here again!

I was looking for unique stones and this company has great stuff. The customer service was wonderful. Prompt and efficient. My items were shipped out right away and I was surprised to see them come so quickly as I am an international order. I was sent step by step instructions following the details of my package, delivery and custom status(amounts). I would HIGHLY recommend ordering for this company again.
