Verified reviewI am so grateful to Nancy Arnstein from The Natural Sapphire Company for helping me with my mother’s engagement ring replica. She walked me through the process with patience and professionalism from the initial photo of the original ring, to the computer-generated design, to the wax model and the selecting of the stones. I am truly thankful for her support in developing a piece of jewelry that so well captures the detail and essence of my mother’s ring. I requested the ring to be larger so it could accommodate a larger center stone, but making sure to keep the beautiful details of the ring that have been erased over the years. The ring’s gallery and bridge are made in platinum with beautiful VS2 diamonds, and the shank is in 18kt yellow gold. It is truly a beautiful piece of jewelry that will be passed on to my daughter as a memory of her grandparent’s love for each other. When I first contacted The Natural Sapphire Company, I did not imagine that they could so accurately replicate this old ring. Nancy was amazing, she communicated with me through every stage of the ring development and gently guided me with her expertise. The ring is absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. I am so pleased with the final product that I feel very tempted to order exact matching earrings in the near future.

I found out that they also have a special team that can help create the perfect ring for the occasion. I ended up speaking with Nancy, who gave me all the details accurately and was extremely prompt and helpful with the service she provided. If I had a question, she was there to answer it. She IMMEDIATELY went to work with the design team to make my fiancee's dream ring a reality while keeping me updated with any timeframes. This past Monday I actually had the chance to propose and she LOVES it. The Natural Sapphire Company and Nancy made me the best ring I could ask for and even finished everything 1-2 weeks EARLY, so I had even more time to plan and less time for worrying about it! I will always recommend them for someone looking into sapphires. Everything was transparent, the website is easy to navigate and the pictures are indeed truly what you'll be looking at in person. The stones came with GIA certs, gemstone identification reports, 3D scan reports and a certified appraisal. Lauren patiently worked with me to choose just the right stone in the size, color tone and quality I was looking for. I chose several settings and she provided images of each setting with my chosen stone. The process was simple and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Lauren and her team.

Verified reviewI had been wanting a sapphire ring for years but either I didn't quite like the sapphire or didn't quite like the setting. There was always something... then I came across TNS Co.! I found a beautiful sapphire that was just what I'd been looking for. One down, one to go! Lauren contacted me and she was wonderful in taking notes of what I had in mind for a setting and what I wanted in order to make the ring special and "my own". She had a wax model of the setting shipped to me along with the stone so I could place it on the wax for a better idea of size etc. I wound up requesting a few tweaks from there and about a week later I had a new render and shortly after a new wax model. Admittedly I was a bit nervous making such a purchase online but in the end I couldn't be more thrilled with my beautiful ring!! Thank you so much Lauren and TNS Co. for an awesome experience!

Verified reviewDinusha was very helpful and responsive. I was notified right away about the padparadscha sapphire I ordered. The order came with the appraisal certificate and paperwork verifying the gem’s specifications. The gem itself is gorgeous! I’m planning on having it made into a pinky ring. The company gives you the option to have it set into jewelry, but I haven’t quite decided on the metal I want and they don’t work with silver. It turns out you pay less duties shipping it as a loose gem. Anyways, I’m very happy with my purchase and will consider buying from this company again if I plan on getting customized jewelry again.

Verified reviewI just purchased a gorgeous stone from The Natural Sapphire Company, and had a tremendous experience. First, the quality of their gems is unmatched – in the sapphire category there seems to be a very broad range of quality in color, clarity, and cut available from different sellers (some looking pretty sketchy), and TNSC’s stones truly look to be of diamond-type quality. Second, their range of stones available was very wide; many, many to choose from, each more beautiful than the next. Lastly and very importantly, their depiction of the stones was exceptionally accurate; a HUGE problem in my search is that the photography/videography of the stones had wide variability – often stones were shown in an artificial lab context, then looked COMPLETELY different in natural lighting. My TNSC stone looked exactly the same “live” as it did in the photos and videos. I have been looking for this stone literally for years, waiting for just the right one to match my specifications. I can’t wait to have this stunning gem mounted in my setting! JenOt
