Having the option to make wax molds and seeing the stone that I selected in an actual video make the experience even better. Verified reviewWorking with the Natural Sapphire company is an experience every jewelry lover should have! I will admit that I stalked the site for YEARS before taking the leap. Now I wonder why I waited so long! I started by poking around and eventually asking for a render of a specific stone and setting. Worth noting? I went through probably 10 renders and total changes of stone shape, size, color, and even TYPE before settling on my perfect find. The process was easiest when Sam Arnstien reached out to me and offered to help me. He made everything so easy. Knowing that the workers don’t work on commission, I felt safe sharing my budget and vision goals with him. I knew I wouldn’t be upsold to increase his commission. He was kind, compassionate, and creatively dreamed up ideas with me. He worked overtime getting me live videos of all of the stones I was considering on a hand… in natural sunlight, indoor lights, and more. He took ALL of the guesswork out of choosing the right stone and finding the right setting for it. At one point when I felt like our search had turned up a dead-end, he was so professional in wishing me well – he didn’t pressure me to make a purchase at all. In the end, we created a custom piece together. I had to have a setting meant only for round stones amended to fit a pear shaped stone that I fell in love with. I even got a personalized inscription. I was given frequent updates on the design process, where my ring was, and when I might expect to receive it. They even helped me out when UPS got baffled on my delivery status. I could not be more pleased with my time with Sam and the Natural Sapphire company. I can’t wait to make more jewelery with them in the future.

I checked out the reviews of the company up front which gave me a good feeling. Now the ring is on the way and I am very much looking forward to giving it away. Having "seen" the ring and the quality of the stone in the beginning I am content that this will be a great gift. Nancy, again thanks for your assistance and replying efficiently and fast. Verified reviewIt was a seamless experience from selecting the perfect stone to the making of the ring. Anna, the lady I worked with, was very knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to help me with my choice by taking additional videos of the stones under different lighting conditions and also by helping me expedite the production (I was moving house soon) during a busy season. They have one of the larger collections I have seen with an amazing selection of stones and different settings. The delivery was well packaged and arrived in a timely manner. They were also very clear about additional customs/import taxes on their website so there were no hidden fees incurred on importing it to the UK! Can highly recommend this company and I will certainly return should I be looking to create another piece of sapphire jewellery.

Verified reviewWe were fortunate to find the stone on sale during Valentine’s Day weekend and we started on the process of perfecting a band and setting for the stone with the amazing and wonderful Lauren. Let me tell you, Lauren was patient with my fiancée and I while we were figuring out this whole online shopping experience. And this being a major purchase for an emotional and life changing event, all the while designing my engagement ring online with someone I had never met could be at times a bit nerve wracking but Lauren made sure we were comfortable and kept us apprised all the way. Being my first time ordering a ring online and one this priceless (like this is an engagement ring! You know what I mean?! LOL). I know it was important that the experience be one that was memorable not only the end result which was a stunning ring but the process of designing and communicating my thoughts and having something take that and make it into what I am wearing now. And let me tell you we made the right choice! Might I add Lauren was never pushy or salesy and was completely present through our questions and took the time to understand my wants in the ultimate engagement ring. You can tell she truly is looking to create a ring with you that is perfect and what you want, and it shows. she understood that this process may take some time and no matter how many renderings or tweaks to the ring, she was wonderful and professional, patient and caring. When you get the emails for the renderings the experience ,you get to see your ideas come through and to see what you imagine come to life, there are no words. The process of going back and forth while creating a ring from afar is pretty amazing in and of itself but the added details of drawings were great! And the seamlessness of it all while having a bespoke piece of jewelry being created is something you cannot describe. To say that this ring is beyond gorgeous and is one of a kind would be an understatement. Even the packaging is amazing! When you open the boxes you feel how much time they took when designing the right box for the ring and it comes with lots of paperwork so it makes it easy to get your ring insured. I am so lucky to have had Lauren help us through this ring design and purchase. And I am lucky to have this gorgeous ring on my hand and lucky to have my other half who let me design and choose it. I am truly blessed!

Verified reviewOrdered an engagement ring delivered to Sydney Australia. Was made and shipped from New York. We narrowed down the sapphire and ring and were provided with 3 really useful 3d images of the combined result. Nancy was assigned to help us and was very helpful throughout the process and answered my queries quickly and accurately. We got the ring size wrong originally and Nancy arranged for the ring to be returned, resized and shipped back to us. We only paid for the postage back. End result is a beautiful ring and we couldn't be happier with it. Great company would recommend to anyone looking for a sapphire ring.
