Verified reviewWe had such a great experience with the Natural Sapphire Company. At the beginning of the hunt for an engagement, all my fiance and I knew was it had to be a sapphire. While casually browsing their website, I was assisted through the chat by Nancy A. who helped explore their vast selection of gems and then narrow it down. She was patient, attentive to detail, and provided education to help me pick the perfect sapphire for me. She then made sure they would all be on site so we could see them in person at our appointment with Sam. The appointment was organized, we were able to view several settings and request customizations - all of which we later received renderings. Nancy followed up quickly and we received the ring in about 2.5 weeks. Extremely happy that we could work with them for such a special occasion!

I was a bit nervous about ordering my new sapphire ring online but was drawn to their professionalism and personal support for navigating their process. I selected my stone from among many options and supplied them with a photo of a setting I wanted. Voila! Today my hand feels adorned and sparkly and I love my "forever" ring. And in the end, a phone call and conversation with her regarding the color, clarity and cut of the stones helped me choose the perfect engagement design. My fiance loves the ring. And Lauren didn’t stop there… she followed up to check the ring size, helped me with getting it resized to fit, and handled all the details of shipping. What a fantastic experience! Verified reviewI love my anniversary ring!!! The sapphire is a dreamy blue, encircled in a buttery gold bezel. Lauren provided fabulous service - answering many questions, sending videos of stones in natural light, ordering virtual renderings (which look exactly like how the ring turned out! Right down to the sapphire color), and she helped put my own twist on the setting (adding round channel set diamonds to the open bezel design). I was really impressed at how customizable the details were, and how friendly and prompt Lauren was every step of the way. A stellar experience! I’m a neutrals girl and was a little nervous about committing to a colored gemstone. I have been pleasantly surprised that my sapphire goes with everything, like a pair of classic jeans. I wear it daily, and it matches everything! I guess that’s why blue jeans are blue. I also love that the bezel is both modern and vintage. I stare at my ring often and am reminded of a sapphire night sky with sparkly stars... magical. Thank you Lauren & TNSC!!! 💙
