The piece was out of stock when I ordered it and the promised delivery date was tight with the pending birthday. The company kept me informed of the progress and let me know when it was shipped, then followed up to ensure I had received it and was satisfied - great post-purchase customer service. The quality and craftsmanship are superb and my wife loves it.

Verified reviewI visited the Natural Sapphire Company in NY, and I was really impressed with their unheated sapphires selection. Lauren was really accommodating and patient through the whole process. She was also helpful when I was trying to decide on the design for the men's ring. I loved it so much I ordered another one with an unheated ruby! A month later, she helped my wife and I source a pair of unheated royal blue sapphires that we set into earrings, and they are beautiful. The workmanship is great and Lauren really took care to find the right pair for us. She sent us photos and videos and helped us compare to other pairs, while giving us her genuine opinion and never pushing for more expensive options.

Verified reviewWe designed the PERFECT ring through the Natural Sapphire Company, with the AMAZING help of Lauren. It was the best customer service, so polite, helpful, and so understanding of my situation. I live overseas & work in a remote location, so do not have regular internet access and opposite timezones. With these two obstacles, Lauren was very understanding and happy to work around this with much patience! The company happily put the sapphire on hold for me whilst discussing with my partner so it did not get sold overnight while on different times. I sent a few photos for ring inspo and I was amazed the ring was basically the same thing! Really excellent attention to detail to even pick up on a small diamond on the underside of the ring. Also so helpful providing advice and input! Such good quality, and the CAD drawings are a great touch to really help see your design come to life. More than happy to shop and design with the Natural Sapphire Co. again and have already recommended to friends and family!! Love it!

There are a lot of sapphire vendors on the internet, but I have found none to have the same attention to detail and ability to follow through and produce the quality of stones as these at a realistic cost. Verified reviewLiterally can’t speaking highly enough about my experience. In search for an engagement ring, I must have talked to 20 jewelers before finding them. Lauren was amazing! She was patient and beyond helpful throughout the not so easy process of picking that perfect ring. The ring came out gorgeous, and absolutely less then any other jewelry I spoke to about getting a high quality untreated sapphire. You won’t be disappointed I promise you that!

Verified reviewThe entire experience gets an A+. I designed the ring and was considering two different yellow sapphires. Katherine sent me videos of the stones in various lighting and a video of them side by side so I could easily see the difference. Katherine was extremely knowledgeable and explained clearly the difference in the cuts of each stone, which was really helpful. Once I picked the stone I went through 4 different settings with wedding bands. Katherine was so patient, she sent me high quality digital images of everything and answered all of my questions quickly. The order process was smooth and Katherine stayed in close contact with us until the piece arrived. The presentation of the documents and the ring box was superb. And I was blown away when I saw the finished product. I don’t know how, but it looks better in person than it did in pictures. The craftsmanship is top notch and the stone could not be more beautiful. Even though the entire process was virtual, Katherine made it feel really fun and personal. She seemed to understand that this was an important and meaningful purchase and she allowed us to take our time and made sure we were 100% satisfied. This was truly a dream come true from beginning to end.
