I knew my partner wanted a sapphire ring and so I wanted to go with a company that specialized in sapphires. Their selection was extensive, and once I found the right ring their customer support team (shout out to Lauren who helped me!) was great and worked with me to get the ring delivered ASAP so I could have it in time to propose on an overseas trip. My fiance loves the ring and we've received tons of compliments on it so far. It was very intriguing to learn new things, especially with gems since I rarely have an opportunity to speak with someone regarding them. By talking with her, I'm more interested in your store and would highly recommend to others if they are looking for gorgeous rings. Verified reviewFirst off, the website experience was top notch-- It was easy to use and had all the information I needed with individual pictures, videos, and reports that ensured that I knew what I was getting. Second, the customer service experience was also as good as it gets. I ended up having complications shipping the sapphire to the jeweler who made the ring, and Lauren was very responsive, helping me over the phone and through email to get it all done on time. Very thankful I found this company and an amazing sapphire for the ring!

The entire process was both exciting and wonderful. Nancy provided far better service than I could ever have imagined all the way through the purchase. And when the finished ring actually showed up, the packaging was superb, and the finished ring was actually more we had hoped for. And in todays world, companies that exceed expectations are rare. Verified reviewI looked all over the internet searching for ideas for a special ring for my fiancé, in fact I would not have even purchased one if none caught my eye. The Natural Sapphire company had a 3-stone “Trinity” set (as some people call it) with a Montana blue sapphire in the middle of 2 diamonds- absolutely stunning. I searched all over the internet to see if competitors had anything like it, and there were none. It was out of my price range, so I saved up for 4 months to purchase it, and then they were extremely helpful in making sure I was able to secure it. When my fiancé got it, she was blown away by not only the scintillations, arrangement, and color palette, but honestly she was also floored by the sheer size and weight of it! Such a remarkable piece, and it was an 11/10 on my scale- completely exceeded our expectations. All of my family and my fiancé’s family said it was the most beautiful ring they’d ever seen. The platinum setting with the very white halo of diamonds is the perfect accompaniment. Sam Arnstein was an excellent communicator and the process ran smoothly. I was particularly impressed with their security protocols and their care with shipping. Great customer service was evident throughout the entire process. The ring was a gift for myself.

You can request 3D images of the stone and setting, view videos of the stone, apply filters (helped a ton), appraisal and customer service was quick to respond.
